The engineer turned up on time, was polite a courteous, quickly diagnosed the problem, carried the parts on the van, installed them efficiently and gave objective advice. In addition, he was uniformed, wore shoe protectors and even covered the work area in case of spills.

As a Landlord, I use a lot of trades, there charge was reasonable, I commend their professionalism, expertise and service. They are excellent and I highly recommend them.

Timely, efficient and professional throughout the installation, from quote to finish. Substantial job on a 1960’s heating system in a 4-bedroom house; the boiler was from the 1980’s and the floor heaters were original to the house. Wes’s team were excellent, minimal disruption and found solutions to run pipes and upgrades with the least mess and intrusion. The whole job was outstanding and took a lot of stress from the process; one engineer on site was always available to answer questions and walked us through the system on completion.
Since the installation the company has been brilliant with follow-up and out-of-hours advice.

Good, professional, tidy, clean job of a boiler replacement. Quick to quote and do the work. They came back within the hour for a problem we noticed shortly after they had finished and fixed it promptly. We wanted a new boiler as ours was getting a bit old. Had a quote from W.Williams plumbing and heating. Pete came round to have a look at the work to carry out the quote and showed his knowledge straight away. Wes rang me whilst away abroad to answer a few questions we had and explained everything clearly so I had no doubt about what service I would be receiving.

They were very accommodating with date of installation to suit my needs. Pete and Ben came round to carry out the boiler change to an extremely high quality. Couldn't fault any part of it from the boiler work to the new brick work for the new flue that we required. Extremely hard workers and friendly guys. When we wanted to get our ageing boiler to be replaced with a modern Worcester Bosch, out of the several companies we contacted, W. Williams Plumbing & Heating was one of the most professional and competitive. Wes visited us promptly and provided us with a no-obligation quote. We accepted the quote and the job was completed to high standards within the promised time frame.

Three months into the boiler installation, we faced an issue with hot water in our showers and radiators were not getting hot enough at night. We contacted W. Williams Plumbing & Heating and they not only visited us and fixed the issue right away, but were kind enough to explain the technicalities involved, should the issue resurface so that we could resolve it quickly ourselves.

One blown boiler later I needed a new one, these guys quoted within hours and undertook the work within days... And the service was spot on. I had consulted with a friend who is also a Gas Safe registered engineer and everything he'd advised me about, these guys also mentioned/addressed. As a result I now have a system running like it's never run before (for the better that is). Polite, professional engineers who kept me informed of progress etc. I would have no hesitation i recommending them!

The installation was quite complex and I was really impressed with the teams resolve and commitment to complete it all within one day for us, so as to minimise the disruption to our family. Also the aftercare service so far has been first rate.

After looking around for reliable fitters of a new greener boiler, inline filter, Hot water tank and associated pipework including flushing out some of the clag that had pushed our old boiler over the edge and into sounding like an aircraft when firing up. Recommended by many people on facebook and by Worcester Bosch themselves I got Wes in for a quote and he walked through all of the options with me (combi or condenser etc) and what would work best for my house.

The fitters arrived when they said they would and discussed all of the things going on so I understood what was going to happen and when. When my ancient pipework threw some unexpected problems in, it was dealt with very professionally by Peter & Darren who also tidied up the pipework, including moving the pressure gauge for my closed heating system. I'm very happy with the work carried out and the level of professionalism shown (and how tidily they worked).

Having already had very good service from Wesley Williams Plumbing and Heating on another project I asked them to replace 2 old gas boilers in a listed house with one modern gas boiler. I have nothing but praise for the way Wesley and his team set about what was a difficult task. The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. The new pipe work is immaculate. The old boilers were removed and the cellar left clean and much tidier than it was. As usual, Wesley and his team were a delight to deal with, always polite and very responsive to the customer. I had just moved house in January and my 22 year old boiler broke down in the middle of a very cold spell. Wesley Williams was here within a couple of hours and gave me a quote for a replacement boiler. This was due to be done on the Friday but he was prevented by the snow from getting to me. He assured me that he would come on Saturday or even Sunday to get my heat back on!!! The boiler was installed on the Saturday for which I was very grateful.
I very much appreciated the professional and speedy service and good communication offered by W Williams Plumbing and Heating Ltd and they have since returned to fit thermostatic valves to my radiators and to replace an ancient WC.

Efficient, timely, tidy, in all ways professional.

I found that my boiler had failed and was flooding the ground floor and phoned Mr. Williams early on Monday morning who visited before 9am to assess the issue. By 10am I had an emailed quotation for a replacement boiler and all work including some sensible additions. After accepting the quote work was scheduled for the next day and was completed by 4pm by the excellent workmen who were personable and helpful.

All documentation and registration were in my hands during the same week. The very reasonable cost included 2 years service.

I have confidence in recommending this business.
