Extremely happy and very impressed with the service provided when our boiler packed up in November.

Wes came out same day, provided a quote and by the evening had us booked in for a replacement a few days later (break down Friday, install Tuesday)

On day of install Pete did a long day and a great job to get us up and running again, very professional and greatest care taken.

Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend!

The project to replace the old boiler and to update some radiators was done in a very timely manner, at a good price and in a very professional way. From the initial enquiry to the work being completed Wes kept us up to date and responded positively to all questions.

On the day of installation the team arrived at the time stated and worked extremely hard to complete the work on the day. They were, without exception, very professional in their attitude and approach.

I do not usually make recommendations but in this case I would have no reservations in suggesting Wes Williams Plumbing and Heating Ltd to do this type of work.

Excellent service and fantastic work! Wes and his team managed to fit us in when our boiler finally gave up on us. When there was problem ( nothing to do with them, it was a manufacturing fault with the boiler) they worked tirelessly to sort it.

Wesley responded promptly to our request for an assessment & estimate to replace our clapped out old Buderus boiler and we were able to book the installation of a brand-new Worcester Bosch model within a few days. On the day, Pete and Darren arrived on time and were extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They talked us step-by-step through what needed to be done and did a fantastic job in the time-frame agreed. Despite the fact that our installation was quite challenging, we didn't hear a single grumble; they both had a very positive, can-do attitude the whole time! I would certainly recommend Wesley and his Team to anybody looking for boiler installation!

Water was pouring out of my water softener out flow pipe, the only way to stop it was to turn the water supply off. Despite Wesley not servicing water softeners, he came round within 5 minutes, did a temporary fix to restore my water supply and will be back first thing tomorrow to permanently mend it. Excellent service as always.

New boiler installation. Professional and friendly service delivered on time by a great team. Went above and beyond standard installation due to other effecting plumbing issues with no additional cost. Dealt with Gas Network to ensure mains supply was upgraded to meet supply standards (which were sub beforehand). Would highly recommend.

Wesley and his team were fantastic, replaced my whole boiler system and hot water tank in one day. Very clean and tidy throughout the job.

The team at W. Williams provided a fantastic service when we needed a replacement boiler. I had a very prompt response after leaving a query on their Facebook page, and Wesley visited the next day to do an inspection. This was followed up with a quotation the day after, impressively speedy service!

Pete did a great job fitting the new boiler, taking time and effort to explain some of the options and decisions needed around routing the flue. I was particularly impressed by the fact that Pete put in an 11 hour day to make sure that we were left with a working boiler at the end of the day.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any heating or plumbing work.

Very pleased with the installation of my new Worcester Bosch Boiler, which was quoted at a very competitive price. Excellent service received by Wes, Paul and Ben. All very knowledgeable and where happy to answer any questions. Installation was on time and went smoothly, with minimal mess and disruption. I would highly recommend W Williams Plumbing & Heating.
