The connectivity is just as good as EE but the cost is considerably less and European roaming is included as standard. The transfer was seamless. I would have given 5 stars but I think 1p mobile coul... See more

I tried to install a 1pMobile eSIM
I tried to install a 1pMobile eSIM, but although setup started, it didn’t complete. After clicking activate, the QR code disappeared with no warning, leaving me with an active account but no eSIM on my phone and no way to re-download it.
It wasn't clear at all from the user perspective that the QR code is unrecoverable. A simple user warning would make the experience much better. Now I had to waste £2.50 to get a replacement eSIM.
The mobile data itself is fast and reliable but the website user experience is poor.
Trying to stop my service with 1p.

Bot [AI] sending me around in circles.
Telephone number 03333442278 for customer support, several tries to call but each time told to try again later
Great Customer Service
I recently ported my number over to 1pMobile from another provider. While standard calls and data worked perfectly right away, I noticed I wasn't receiving any automated 2FA or OTP verification texts from my bank or other services.I raised a support ticket and, after bypassing the initial generic troubleshooting steps, the service I received was outstanding. I provided them with a clear, technical breakdown of the issue, and their team immediately escalated it to the core network engineers. They identified that my previous network hadn't fully released the shortcode routing paths and worked to get it sorted on the backend. By the very next morning, the issue was completely resolved and all my missing texts flooded through. The data speeds are completely uncapped and lightning-fast (I hit 200Mbps on a speed test!), which is much better than the throttled speeds the major networks offer on their cheaper direct plans. Incredible value for money and genuinely efficient technical support when you need it. Five stars!
£10 minimum to up every 120 days
It works. And it's all great until your initial top up expires. Then every 120 days you are forced a minimum top up of £10. No option to go lower for low usage. Advertising seems misleading. No heads-up email, no explanation. Just have to guess why.
No Porting. No Help.
Impossible to bring my number and no response from customer service. I don't know how anyone has had an acceptable experience porting numbers and as the web form simply doesn't work; it validates all input data, then just resets when you hit submit (on multiple browsers and devices).
Great bundles, smooth purchasing process and quick SIM delivery, but all useless without my number. I can't even cancel the contract (my statutory right) because customer service is non-existent.
A complete rip off
A complete rip off. Didn't use the £10 but was deducted for not using enough. Avoid!
Worst Customer Service ever
Can only add to what others have said about customer "service". Auto renewed 2 weeks ago when £10 was taken from my account. Since then my wife's phone has been unable to make or receive calls. Except on a couple of occasions when I was testing it before it reverted to no service again. Tried ringing at 9am when they're supposed to open but as on previous occasions I got the we are very busy try again message. Filled out an online form which took 2 days to get a response. Was told they would "refresh" the sim but to get in touch if it didn't make any difference. It didn't so I informed them by replying to the email. I also queried why after the auto renewal of £10 did my wife's balance now only show £8.74 when her usage record shows only 5p spent! Not heard anything from them since. Dreadful Company, steer well clear.
Damn awful service
Damn awful service - 14 days and NO SIM CARD has arrived! Their plans are no use if you can't get a sim to tests them out. At this stage I would have to write they cannot be trusted and avoid.
Actually it had been delivered to the wrong address and they delivered the replacement within two days!
So the error was not theirs (Royal Mail would you believe!) - thanks 1p!!
Simple and great customer service
Simple and great customer service. Like Octopus Energy, when you call them you don't get an infuriating automated menu, but a friendly human answers and quickly helps you – why can't all companies be like this!
No way of contacting customer service!!
Totally unable to conatct customer service through any route. Chatbot actually refused to give you an email contact when it cant help. Phone is never answered and they dont allow you to hold- just 'call back later' and they dont answer later or ever. When I did find an email via google- No response even though they promise in one working day - not even a confirmation they have received it. I am paying for a service I do not have and now way of changing as I need customer service to sort out the issue before I can move provider. SHOCKING! I have 4 accounts with this provider and they offer no way of getting in touich. SCAM!
Terrible Customer Service Personnel Experience
Just tried to contact customer services twice the message all our customer service agents are busy try again later… I have just sent a email with my query they certainly don’t respond to emails quickly. How they have got the rating they have on Trustplot is beyond me absolutely disgraceful service. I totally agree with other reviews…
You will notice other reviews mention customer services…at the beginning they are good yes. It’s when you have a query or problem…..
1p mobile customer service non existent
1p mobile has got to be the worst mvno ever. I would give no stars if it was possible. Absolutely no after sales service. Took my money and thought it was ok to make me wait almost a month for a SIM card to arrive which never did in the end. When they send out the Sim card they use a clause in thier email and say to wait 10 working days via royal mail. We use royal mail for our business daily and I've never seen an envelope take 10 working days to arrive 😂. Anyways moving on 10 working days later they supposedly sent out another Sim card out on the same service with the same message to wait another 10 working days. No expedited delivery offered and Instead of apologising that its late they said we are sorry you feel dissatisfied with the timeframe and that they are sorry I feel that way. In the end I told them to cancel it, if you don't want my service then jog on. I went with spusu in the end, better deal and SIM card arrived in 2 working days, number transferred the next working day, far superior service. I mean I've never seen a network provider so unbothered about a customer. Very strange business model indeed. Be very careful about joining this network!
Best network provider
Best network provider I ever been with , I have no issues with my signal or data, when I use my phone in Czech Republic and I was making a call to Czech Republic number while I was in Czech Republic. I was able to use my minutes with no extra fees and use data with no fees and a 14 GB limit was enough for nine days. I would recommend it to everyone for £10 for 50 GB and unlimited minutes it’s bargain.
Amazing network!
I'm really surprised when I read some of the low star reviews. I've never had issues with coverage, with surprise charges, with not knowing what my plan covers and doesn't cover etc. £10 per month for unlimited texts and calls and 50GB data, excellent coverage, and (unlike some other virtual networks in the UK where texts sometimes took hours to be delivered and phone calls sometimes didn't connect at all) - there is no deprioritisation of my connection. I must admit I don't know whether their customer service is any good, but that's only because I never had to use it, I've had zero issues! I've used them for years, here or abroad, and I couldn't recommend them enough!
All I have to say is lost trust
All I have to say is lost trust, 1p mobile is that kind of company which can't be trusted. Don't have to take my words for it, check on Google reviews. I also left some photos as evidence!! No words!!!
I ordered 1p sim, esim issues are dramatic, must use as primary.
I ordered 1p sim, receved it then converted to esim costed £2.5, then the network just does not come up. Called customer services many times, no one answers, also a lot of auto messages. Eventually someone answered, told me I must put 1p network as primary, otherwise it would not work. I have used 3G and Lebara esim on my iphone 13mini, no problems at all. Now if I want the 1p network as primary, the other network does not work, the network bar simple just grey out, its like i switched my phone. I had called customer services many times to discuss this, just been told is not network problem, its my handset problems. If i use as physical sim, it work. Now I have to pay £2.5 again to request send a sim replacement. I would simple just request a sim replacement then leave the network. Mei said put 1p as primary it proof the network is working, I simple think the technique issue with the network provider, not the secondary or primary use as esim. I would not reconmend the service.
worst customer service.
worst customer service.
Firstly they try not to answer the call, in case if they answer they will try to be rude and never help the customer
Stay away.
Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. Needed a bit of help and have been waiting days for a response. It is not the first time that this has happened. I think that it is time to look for a provider who actually wants to help their customers.
I was paying £10 every 60 days before…
I was paying £10 every 60 days before & if you don't use all the credit you lose it but usually works fine. But this month I payed £10 & they took most of it for previous months which shouldn't happen so had to pay yet another £10 to be able to use my phone again.
I never had to do that before but this £10 better be for 60 days else I will change my network
Very bad experience with the simcard
Very bad experience with the simcard. They charge me 20£ more after renew my monthly subscription. Even the customer service not responding my email. Had to contact with them
