So pleased with the service rendered by this company. I ordered my Day 2 Covid 19 test kit which was delivered on time. But unfortunately, I couldn’t fly at the date planned so I had to phoned them back to see if they could helped me with the new travel date. Fortunately, a gentleman called Shakir was able to assist with it.

Visiting England in this timeframe is a bit of a hassle. So if you then experience the service of A1lab it takes a lot of the hassle away. Flexible to help us earlier than planned and making good on the promise to give the result the same day. In short: seamless, excellent and smooth servie

I ordered my Day 2 Covid-19 test and got delivered without a problem. I had to contact them again because I missed my flight and they change the arrival time and their advice and response have been quick. I will travel next week, so I suppose I will write another review when I get my results...but so far I have been extremely happy with the service provided by this lab. Thank you

I emailed A1lab because I couldn't access my PCR certificate. Within an hour, during the busy holiday season, I received an email from Frank. Frank was helpful, informative, and polite. I was impressed with the excellent customer service and turnaround times!

I would recommend RTPCR test from this lab as they are very quick to deliver the kit and also provided the test result with in 24 hours of the test

Purchased a day 2 PCR test for fully vaccinated. Package arrived by the time i returned to UK. :)
Sent out day 2 (22nd December ) by prepaid royal mail envelop provided.
By 26th December i still have no results - what a waste of time and money.
Possibly not A1 labs fault as it appears the Royal Mail is so useless that is makes the entire service pointless at this time of year.
Meanwhile ime passing the time watching the grass grow in my front garden. Yawn
Next time i will pick a test supplier that has a drop box close enough to drive to.
I appreciate the timing at xmas is not the best, but , whatever .

I was unable to download my test result certificate so contacted the lab on the email link provided. I was amazed to receive a reply within the hour - with my certificate attached. …….and on Christmas Day, too!

Had an issue activating the test kit. Customer service replied immediately and were able to help. Excellent service, highly recommended.

A1 lab.co.uk’s entire business revolves around getting test kits back and getting results to customers fast.

By this yardstick, it receives a fail grade. Other companies get test results to customers within 24 hours. The standard turnaround time in Dubai and Muscat is 8 hours.

A1labs.co.uk have still not confirmed my wife’s Day 2 PCR test results more than 96 hours after the test was posted to it. This is very poor, particularly because we are unable to leave the house until we receive a negative test result. Accordingly, we cannot recommend this company.
