Great service had the products I wanted and what's even better was the speed they were sent.

The order was correct and arrived promptly.

Despite not having part of my order in stock they acquired it promptly and dispatched in good time.

Bought some odd A/F sockets. One was out of stock, but delivery estimate was accurate and the stuff arrived when they said it would

You get what you order here they made it all very simple with no problems

Ordered an item 11th January but received an email advising that the item had to be ordered from their supplier to arrive with me at the end of January.

I then received a further email advising that the delivery date would be 24th February ,its now 15th March and still no item and despite them stating in their email "If you have any questions, please reply to this email and we will get back to you." I have emailed daily for the past week and had absolutely no response.

Surprisingly the last delivery date given was cut off date for a Paypal dispute to recover my money so this seems to be a deliberate ploy to rip me off and give me no way of recovering the purchase price paid.

Appalling.

I was very impressed with the filters that I bought from Abbey Garden. They were not easy to trace online. Abbey Garden appeared to be one of the few companies that stocked them. The price was reasonable and the service that I received was excellent. I will certainly be using them again.

A good range of home workshop air tools, but always take a day or so longer to arrive than some others with whom I've dealt..

First time of using Abbey Power Tools but would definitely return. Range and prices were excellent and service second to none

Some goods were out of stock, and I had to wait until these were in before any of the rest of the order as sent. This meant I had to wait a bit. However, the prices are good and the stuff was exactly as I expected.
I'll order again when I need something.

The company kept me fully informed when they needed to get a part before sending my goods and also let me know when and by who the item would be delivered. Would definitely use them again.

There was a delay on my order, but I was informed of this within one day of placing the order. My order then arrived within the time frame that AbbeyPowerTools gave (2 to 3 days), which was perfect.

I went with the company as they accepted PayPal, their site was easy to use and everything was really straight forward.

I will definitely be using them again.
