The item I ordered met with exactly my requirement. It arrived sooner than I anticipated. The only reservation I had was a very small one. I did expect an email acknowledging receipt of my order.

Made the order on a Sunday and late that night I tried to change it but had no reply and the order continued & was dispatched unchanged.

i purchased a ground buster tool from abbey power tools,great price,excellent delivery service,would buy from again,totally ground bustin.

We ordered items on a Monday and didnt get them till the follow Monday when i had to ring them to find out where the items were we had caught them out of stock would have been nice if an email had been sent to make us aware of this instead of me having to call them

My latest acquisition, an angle was just what I was looking for light Metal Work, and frankly I don't know how they manage to sell it at such a bargain price.

Silverline tile cutter 60cm - don't waste your money. This tool is not up to the job. It cracked tiles width ways rather than long ways and vice a versa.
Emailed Abbeypowertools about damaged packaging and an item missing, along with the query on the tile cutter and got no response.
Will not be oredering from these again.
