Product was good but delivery took a bit longer than expected due to item being out of stock. Information on delay was good and delivery fine when back in stock. Delay was approx 3 days. Not a bad effort.

No Frills, No Spills just delivered a really good service. Products are already well in use and as good as they were described. Will be doing more shopping with AbbeyPowerTools.co.uk in the future.

I bought 2 Draper handsaws that were difficult to source elsewhere. Although the website didn't indicate stock levels, after placing the order I was quickly informed one of the items was not in stock. Nonetheless within 3 days the order was here, everything in perfect nick, albeit it took me some time to get through their protective packaging regime! Very pleased with my purchase though, wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I would use this firm again.

I ordered 2 tools weeks ago. Received an email saying "not in stock, however we should be able to dispatch your order in the next 2 working days and we will send you an email, when dispatched."

So far I have NO TOOLS, NO CONFERMATION EMAIL & THEY HAVE FAILED TO REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS regarding this matter.
I have REQUSETED MY MONEY BACK & Again they have failed to do this.

I am now considering Legal action, in the County Court.
AVOID ABBEY POWER TOOLS AT ALL COSTS....!!

My order with 'Abbey Power tools' was dealt with quickly and dispatched quickly, the product was exactly as I had ordered and at a very good price, postage was reasonable unlike some other suppliers.
I would recommend APT to anyone.

Good quality drill bit extra long for deep through on your lathe.
I could go on and on but to sum it up it's just boring.
Try them they won't break the bank!

Parcel turned up as stated well padded out to stop dammage From the notorious parcel white van man rugby players who throw your expensive tools around to see if they break. Goods in good order and work Fine with no dammage.

The goods were as good as hoped for - although a little delay in delivery it was balanced by excellent communication. A goog purchase.

I ordered my Wolf cordless hedge shears with grass edging attachment at an astonishingly low price expecting it to be a 'come-on' offer. You know sorry we're out of stock so we're sending a similar make etc. But no what I ordered is what I got. It arrived within 3 working days and was extremely well packaged.

I was looking for a specific tool and, apart from being one of the few suppliers I could find who actually supplied the tool, I was able to buy it individually - I wasn't obliged to buy a complete set containing items I already had.

Can't say more than the short review really. Keenly priced products delivered fast, one item was out of stock but this was advised and resolved fast. No complaints.

The items I ordered were out of stock but was kept up to date. Overall a pleasant transaction from purchase to delivery.
