Having just had the whole house fitted with these, after having storage heaters, I was looking forward to using these, but no! The manual may as well be in Martian, as I cant work it out at all! I can get the heaters on and set the clock but that's it! I cant afford to have them on 24 7, and trying to programme a daily programme is impossible! I dont know who to contact at all and looks like il be having a freezing cold winter!!!!!
I bought Acova TAG-200-116-S Wall-Mounted Oil-Filled Convector Heater to replace an old 2kw electric wall heater, a) it looks far sleeker b) it has an easy programmable display. Before I bought I phone up the Pre UK Tech Sales line and spoke to Gareth and he was excellent. c) two months later I got adventurous and started playing with the functions and got myself in a tangle - so I phone Acova UK Tech support and again spoke to Gareth and once again he was excellent and resolved my issues I will buy more as and when my other older rads fail
