Excellent follow-up by keeping me abreast of progress made in finding a solution.
When the new version was available I got a mail telling me that they had found a solution and pointing me to a link to the new version which has solved my problem.

My technician was professional, understood the problem, was clear in all communications, and worked efficiently to resolve the technical issue.

I have been using Acronis happily for many years until I recently changed my PC. Although I have a live licence for 1 workstation and 1TB storage until 18 July 2026 I have been unable to use it for most of its term. Whenever I have a couple of hours to waste I try to get the service back sometimes with, and sometimes without Acronis customer service. in all honesty I can no longer recommend Acronis because they have made too complicated.

Acronis removed any links online of the older versions of its software where I own two license keys.
This means when I log into their website I see two keys that I own but no download links to software where they work. This was True Image, a product of theirs.

This effectively means I need to purchase a new key of their full software to be able to use the HDD clones I made years back. This was confirmed by customer support of Acronis.

Horrible practises and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. 1 star.

I like the product and their customer service/technical help is top notch. None better in my experience.

I've had their product over 3 years now and it does what was promised. Any problems have always been as a result of my mistake or not understanding something.

Inchara Srikanth took ownership of the problem and we worked it through until I had a suitable solution that I was happy with.

The technician guided me through installation of True Image. The third party downloader shortcut would not function even after they issued a new link. The technician was patient with my slow typing and error, never pushing me. I have not had technical assistance at this level in many years

They followed up on my issue and resolved it quickly.

I've had my doubts about continuing to use Acronis TrueImage for my backup solution, but I ran into some issues with Acronis on my main computer and so i called for tech support. The expert help I received was outstanding! First, I was in control, able to set the date and time for calls from them. I am a former programmer, tech support agent and IT manager myself, and so i recognize true expertise in other agents. Rahul quickly grasped the several issues with my system and Acronis and deftly moved around in my computer to check, test and repair various things that were causing the problems. He called me back on schedule each time, was polite, patient and answered all my questions. Because of the outstanding help I received, I have decided to continue to purchase Acronis backup software in the future and highly recommend it to others!

Ram is more like a friend or neighbor than just a tech. Combined with the depth of his knowledge of the Windows operating system and his navigating its challenges, Ram is the type of guy you'd go to sea with anytime. Acronis has a WINNER with Ram!
