When my system crashes it is good to know that Acronis backup software is there to save me from loosing all my data. It makes system recovery so easy and hassle free. It has saved me many times. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about their data.

Acronis is a complex product and when I encountered an issue with a new version they guided me back to a previous working version whilst they looked at the issue.

swift, courteous and professional help fixed my problem

Their software for cloning drives is absolute garbage. Maybe the worst experience I’ve ever had with a piece of software. It just locks your computer up for hours and does nothing. You have to physically shut your computer off in order to close it after it has been running for hours with no results. Otherwise it won’t let you do anything. You can’t even ctrl+alt+delete. You have to push the physical power button on the computer and just shut it off. Absolute garbage.

I am very much indebted to Mr. Rahul Arora for his excellent support. He is extremely knowledgeable and customer-friendly. He clearly explained the problem to me before fixing it. He is an excellent employee of Acronis. Please convey my kudos to him. Thanks.
