Sochitel airtime transactions says successful but I don’t receive the airtime

Still having withdrawal issues. I keep getting the "You have exceeded your maximum allowed payout of 15 USD for this ,month."error message.
Despite afrisight saying (which I find rather misleading) withdrawals are limited to 30 USD a month. I have been unable to withdraw 34 days after.
This is very frustrating and the customers service is one of the worst I have even encountered.

However, I am currently facing challenges when it comes to withdrawing funds. The available methods, such as bank transfers and mobile money, are not working smoothly for me. In some cases, I am unable to withdraw at all, which is quite frustrating.
I strongly suggest that Afrisight should improves and expands its payment systems to make withdrawals easier and more reliable. This is important because users invest their time completing surveys, and they deserve a smooth payment process in return.
Lastly, I would recommend enhancing customer support services so that users can quickly resolve issues whenever they arise.

What a very disgusting situation, its not cool at all and make no sense... I have withdraw for over hundred times but all to no avail.. please kindly look into it and correct the glitches as soon as possible.
