Good morning Afrisight. I was opportuned to find the withdrawal option available and I've been trying to withdraw but it has been given me issues. When I used the Sochitel option, it'll show top-up successful but it'll bounce back to my account and I've not been credited on my line either. I've messaged the support many times but it wasn't attended to.

hello, i have tried several times on sochitel, it says successful but theres no money on my mobile wallet.. i have written emails to the customer support and i have not been answered. also try and add other platforms like paypal or mobile wallets withdraws directly. kindly assist

Tried to withdrawal via mobile top up but it keeps on saying top up successful but eventually it never reflects

I have been trying to up but it is bouncing back no top up yet, they should have PayPal withdrawal like the former Afrisight app, this one is hectic, and I hope they can improve for better.. I have trying sochitel top up and it is saying successful but not yet , no reflection of anything

I withdrew 3.05$ by buying airtime but it hasn’t reflected and it showed successful why? What’s happening?

Trying to withdraw with sochitel is a headache, it just says successful but doesn't work. I've sent an email to support concerning bank transfer being unavailable and I was told the matter would be escalated but till now nothing. Support is basically non-existent. This is the second time I'm trying to withdraw, and to be honest the first time was relatively easy but maybe it's because it was before they upgraded to this new site. Please do better.

Smooth and fast payout process

I have been trying to cash out airtime, but Reloadly is not working. I also tried Sochitel; it shows that the transaction was successful, but I do not receive the airtime, and the amount is later reversed.and also I have balance on my old afrisight but they have not been migrated uptill now

I've tried withdrawing 6$ for the past 6 hours payout is always unavailable and when it's available it tells me the payout is successful but nothing shows up in my account

I give afrisight 5 stars because I didn't have any issues with my rewards and payouts,even though surveys take a bit of time to pay,but they are reliable.I have made these withdrawals and no complaints...so far so good.
