It appeared I had ordered the wrong board, however I was able to speak with Eric at AJparts to rectify the problem. Basically appears that laptop took a time to recognise the change. These guys couldn’t have been more helpful. All up and running! One very happy customer!

Having unfortunately had dealings with companies who once they have your money support disappears, it has been a refreshing experience to come across AJParts.

I made the mistake of buying the wrong replacement
part for my laptop. Not only did they immediately agree to replace the item, at a reduced price, but got the item to the Isle of Wight in under a day. Not a mean mean feat. Trusting me to return the first item.

Having damaged the charging pin on my laptop charger, I looked at many stores to get a replacement charger. I found AJParts initially on Amazon and then went to their own website for advice as there were so many options available for my laptop. I used their online chat and spoke to an advisor (apologies but I cant remember his named - Order No 100033490) he went through all the options and possibilities until he was 100% certain that I was ordering the correct one, he could not have been more helpful and patient. I completed the order making payment online at 1350 hours on Friday, the charger arrived at 1110 hours on Saturday morning in the post to the far north east of Scotland. I didn't think delivery was possible that quick. Exceptional customer advice and service with incredibly fast delivery. Cant ask for better than that. 10/10. Thank you.

I cannot thank AJ Parts enough! After having various issues with my Dell Alienware Laptop, I went to see AJ Parts. Within an hour and a half I had a call to say the problems were fixed and that it was ready for collection! I have been running the laptop for over a week now and there are no issues at all!
