Bought an item described as "New Dell XPS 13 9343/9350/9360 UK English Backlit Laptop Keyboard-07DTJ4"

I received a "refurbished" Turkish keyboard 0XKG5R but didn't realised until after the ebay return window.

Wouldn't accept a return as its a refurb even though it was sold as new. I own an IT services consultancy so buy a lot of hardware but will avoid this company in future!

A few days ago I needed a replacement Chromebook screen and through a Google search I found AJParts. The price was good so I ordered the compatible screen. A few days later it arrived and all is working well.

The item was packaged really well with air bubble packaging and a strong box and arrived in one piece.
