Be careful on Alibaba verified suppliers. Made an enquiry on a forklift. Suppliers offered prices at £315 - £460 - £760 abd £918. None of these suppliers allowed me to buy at the advertised price. I got prices between $3500 to $6000. When i challanged them on the advertised price they said it wason parts abd some said it was the deposit price. The prices they provided did not include the shipping, which i expected to pay separately.

Since I have been shopping from Alibaba I get so many options, styles, colors, suppliers, and pricing. I enjoy shopping online through this platform. And, so far I have been satisfied with all of my orders. Thanks Alibaba!

I tried to purchase a car part. I was sent the wrong part. The buyer then said for 2 weeks that He was going to send the correct part but never did. I then asked for a refund and he said he was going to give me a refund but also never did that. I have screenshots of all of this. And I brought all of this to Alibaba attention and they refused to give me my refund. I was scammed and Alibaba did not help me.

i received items that was faulty, i was advised to return the items vis alibaba (who provided me with shipping labels) i was advised once received i will get refund within 7 days this is over £2000... i have now waited 11-12 weeks and still no update, i contact daily to be advised wait for email and i do and i dont get an answers.
when i returned my items i included a invoice which detailed what was inside each box.
The customer service is good but you get no further than them an all they tell you is its marked as urgent!

ESG service is always Excellent, they offer aftersales support and the products are of high standard.

To simplify it...SIMPLY FANTASTIC!! Everything went smoothly and I was VERY satisfied with the product and price. Delivery was also very quick seeing that I live on the other side of the world in comparison to where they were coming from.

While Alibaba technically approved my refund due to a clear shipping mismatch, the post-approval process was deeply flawed. Every human interaction was just a polite delay tactic filled with empty reassurances. The 'higher team' repeatedly agreed with me, yet failed to take any concrete action to release the funds.
The real shift happened when I requested the ARN number. While the front-line agent remained polite, the 'higher team' failed to respond at all for days.

Ultimately, the only reason I received my money was because I was forced to bypass Alibaba and file a formal dispute directly through my bank.

So my personal experience proves that they are the WORST platform ever. They are either Incompetent or Untrustworthy and try to keep on existing by fooling innocent potential buyer's. They are no better than the scum seller they were hosting at their platform.
