Got the game at a decent price, took a little longer than the ten minutes it said on the site, but it arrived within 30 minutes and I seem to have had a better experience than a lot of people on here so if they keep offering the keys at the lowest price I can't see myself going anywhere else

I bought rainbow six siege, finished order but no code SS (short os stock). They dont know when they can send me the code.
Dont sell something you dont have.

Yeah...don't buy anything from this website. They'll ask you to send them your ID. What a joke.

Jeg købte ARK Survival Evolved hos Allcdkey.com. Det var billigt, meget billigt, men systemet fungerer fint. Valg af vare, afslutning og betaling af ordre (Jeg betalte via PayPal). Efterfølgende var der dog en anelse irritation og frustration.
Da jeg havde betalt modtog jeg ingen email med "Tak for dit køb" eller lign. og inde på siden stod min ordre som "Ikke behandlet". Det gjorde den i flere minutter, og jeg begyndte at undre mig. Der var en live-chat, som jeg skyndte mig at forbinde til - den var heldigvis "Online". Gutten jeg fik fat i virkede meget travl, men dog høflig og venlig. Jeg forklarede jeg havde købt og betalt, men ikke modtaget varen. Han spurgte om mit ordrenummer og ville slå det op. Jeg gav ham ordrenummeret jeg kunne se inde på siden på min profil. Herefter skrev han "Hold on a sec" et par gange - jeg begyndte at blive lidt småirriteret, da jeg bare gerne ville have min vare, og igang med at spille (Dino's for the win :D ).
Efter ca. 5 mins ventetid i alt skrev han, at nu var den behandlet og en email var sendt til mig. Og ganske rigtigt stod min ordre nu som behandlet på allcdkey.com og jeg modtog en email med min vare.

Derfor 3 stjerner for at få min vare, dog med noget irritation.

I bought ARK Survival Evolved from Allcdkey.com. It was cheap, very cheap, but the system works fine. Selection of product completion and payment of the order (I paid through PayPal). Subsequently, there was a little irritation and frustration.
When I had paid, I didn't receive an email with "Thanks for your purchase" or the like and in their webpage my order was listed as "Not processed". It did for several minutes, and I began to wonder. There was a live chat, which I hurried to connect to - it was fortunately "Online". The guy I got hold of seemed very busy, but polite and friendly. I explained I had bought and paid for but not received goods. He asked about my order number and would look it up. I gave him the ordernumer I could see on their webpage. Then he wrote "Hold on a sec" a few times - I started to get a little annoyed when I just wanted my product and start playing (Dino's for the win: D).
After approximately 5 mins waiting he wrote that now it was processed and an email was sent to me. And indeed my order was now listed as "Completed" in allcdkey.com and I received an email with my product.

Therefore 3 stars to receive my product though with some irritation.

They write you emails that price has risen after your purchase and paid for it and wont even let you get a refund !

i bought a time card for SWToR from them, after 10 minutes i got a confirmation call from them.
however, when they send me 2 the same emails, they added a picture of the code, a code that has already bin used.

i know ppl can make mistakes so i go to their live helpdesk, enter the details and hit send, after that all i got was a white screen with "bad connection (incorect hostname)"
excuse me, are you telling me this service doesn't even exist even while it's in their own email..?

never ever order from here, just don't.

Bought a key 2,5 days ago. No key.

Sent 3 mails. No response.

Iv'e purchased PSN 50$ US Key and they mail me to provide them Photo ID holding in hand and I provide them my Driver License Holding in Hand but after showing them they didn't accept it and told me to provide them my paypal balance information its not even related to my order to provide them my financial information to them so they can release my order. its total fake site save your money and time do not buy !!!!!! RECOMMENDED DON'T BUY!!!!

Took my money through PayPal; they guaranteed "order confirmation within 30 minutes" and "delivery within 10 minutes". Now it's 33 hours later, and I've received neither. One hour after placing my order, I contacted their online support - "guaranteed response within 12 hours!". I heard nothing back, contacted them again. Still haven't heard anything back. I do not think this supplier has any interest in delivering my product.

Edit: Finally they answered, two weeks (!) later:

"The code you ordered is not available now because of the martket [sic] supply. To complete your order, would you please provide us your steam account and password? We will send a steam gift to your account, and then you can add the game you ordered."

Did they really want my Steam password? I asked and they responded:

"We need the account ID and password to log in and will send a steam gift to your account directly.
Please don't worry about the security of your account, we won't do anything wrong with it. "

Yup, they tried to phish me after I had already paid them money for a game key I never saw. I'm at a loss for words here; these people are true criminals.

Bought a BF Hardline Premium key. Upon installing it says 'this key has already been used'.

Now they are 'investigating' the matter but don't respond to email. Luckily I bought via PayPal and I'll be filing a claim.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these frauds.

I purchased a serial key for Elder Scrolls Online and the key arrived within 10 minutes as advertised and it worked fine for a little over 24 hours. The next day I am banned out of the blue, and ESO support states that the Steam key I used from AllCDKey is "fraudulent" and is a "resold" Steam key.

I have no idea how this happens, how that works, how that's even detectable, and what the hell happened even though the key worked to play the game for the first day. Does not make sense to me.

I made my transaction via paypal for a cd key for The Elder scrolls online and there 2 hours now with no respond and no cd key.
I strongly recomend NOT to buy from them!!!!

Bought one product from them and had to jump through a few hoops but was assured it was unusual and I got the product in the end without too many issues, just minor annoyance. Decided less than a week later, that the price was worth the slight annoying, until going on 48 hours on the second purchase, I had to contact them and then they demanded proof of id, banking card, and banking information to "verify" the paypal account belonged to me. After denying them, because only an idiot sends that information out over the internet, I demanded a refund and they had the NERVE to try and tell me they could only do a voucher for their site. Absolutely horrid service.

The website claims to deliver within 10 minutes. More than 26 hours have passed since I placed my order. They do not answer their phone and the live support does not work.

Hi Everyone,

I purchased GTA5 5 days ago from this supplier and am yet to play the game. I was issues a faulty key, I spoke to rockstar games who gave me a support number that said my key was faulty and for AllCDKey.com to issue a new one. 4 days later and HOURS with them trying to get the issue fixed I still can not play.

There resolution was play using their steam account.

The issue has now been raised to Paypal and I will be taking further actions if not sorted from there.

I ordered a GTA V key, which was labelled as "in stock" but I received a russian Key after a confusing phone call, 3 different chats and 24hrs of waiting.
Would never buy here again, even if it would be half the price as other sites.
It´s not worth the stress.

I ordered Titanfall recently from allcdkey.com and I thought it might be a scam after not receiving it for many hours. They said they were rearranging stock or something like that. I contacted them several times and they responded thankfully. After around 3 days, my Titanfall key finally arrived, I entered it in Origin and voila! It worked!

Thanks for not scamming me.

Decided to buy from them off of a review of online key sellers. They say they will send you the cd key but they never do. Tried to e-mail them but they did not respond. Sent them a message through their contact page as well and there was no response. Tried their live support but it does not work. Found a phone number but no one answers and their voicemail is full. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

I ordered a Diablo III ROS cd-key 3 days ago, but still haven't received it. I get no response to my emails and the chat is holding my in a que.
I have tried everything i could think of to contact allcdkey through their means/options and without it, but cannot get any response.

I am now trying to communicate through paypal and have received one arbitrary response that shows no effort to resolve this issue. I am very dissapointed about this site and its service.
The way the site is advertised and run in retro-spect looks : 'to good to be true' and its seems it just is!

This will be an honest review from a real customer. I just received my cd-key (D3:ROS) and so i can tell you about my experience with this company.
When i made my order and checked all these reviews here i got kinda scared because there are really many negative comments about this site here. But things arent really as bad as written in here.

I didnt receive my cd-key instantly nor i did within 10 minutes. I was worried of course, and then i checked their FAQ where it says:

"If your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes after placing an order. Otherwise, it will notify you the order failed and give instructions on how to process your order. Once delivery completed, a delivery confirmation email will be sent."

When i saw that the whole process might take 30 minutes i decided that if i dont receive my cd-key within 1 hour from purchase i will contact them. But i didnt have to because i received my cd-key within 40 minutes from purchase time. So basically they were late for 10 minutes.

I know that 40 mins is long and may make you worried and there are maybe better places to buy cd-key (with instant delivery) but its not as bad as reviewed by others. So ill give them 4/5
