Awful service. Takes 3-5 days to get an email response. "Live help" chat never works. Sit there waiting until a message shows up saying, email us with contact info. 2 weeks later still waiting for my cd key.

Yup, as stated several times before, this is a Scam.
I even contacted the Customer Support but after taking aaaaages to answer they told me that the Site apparently "rejected" the Payment, but the funny thing was that the money was gone.

This is SCAM, there is NO KEY after payment.

Like other people said. No cd key send.

Scammers. Gonna make sure my money gets back where it belongs.

Ordered Call Of Duty: Ghost because they were the cheapest reseller online. Payed through Paypal.
A few minutes later I got a call from California (I live in Sweden), which I didn't answer. A second later I saw an email from them explaining that they tried to reach me for telephone confirmation - which I didn't read anything about that on their webpage, but anyhow...

I called back, a girl answered and asked for my order-id, explained that they needed some kind of verification info, asked me about my paypal-email (which they of course already got) and the total amount of the buy. No tricky questions. Not very long call.

30 sec later I got confirmation email with the product key and started downloading.

Not scam.
Just carefulness.
(Which I find justified when you deliver the cheapest price of a product in the world)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

There substandard service is a sham and there after care team just tell you what you want to hear. and then when you ask for a refund you are ignored.

I don't know why some people keeps complaining about this guys, a friend and I just bought a couple of Diablo 3 keys with allcdkey without any issue!

A few points I must clear are:
1 - You need to provide a full international phone number (including international code. for me, since I'm in Mexico, i used my country code + my 10 digit phone number Ex. +52-81-########)

2 - You should be prepared to provide some identification of some sort, not precisely your personal ID, in my case they asked me for my shipping address registered on the Paypal account i used to pay, to ensure i have the correct info and i may not be a scammer using stolen goods to pay)

I guess they need to make really sure you are who you are saying you are, since what they provide are valid CD keys, once given they are given they cannot be recovered or cancelled, just think about that for a second...

Well here are my 2 cents, and no I'm not sponsored by these guys in anyway, I'm writing this because my friend had second thoughts after reading some comments on this page, before buying his own Cd key for Diablo, so i needed to buy mine first and show that it was OK to shop with them...

Good luck and don't get frustrated just follow the instructions and that's it, it is totally for real.

They sent me a WOW 60card that was already used. Took a Paypal Dispute and 9 days to get a key that worked...spent hours screen shotting live chats, and emails, and recording phone calls.. They finally gave me a working one.

If you dont want to use thier crappy customer service on live chat. The higher up persons email is softisland@aol.com
He is the one who finally sent me a working key. Than i closed the dispute.

i would recommend this site for you. I always bought cdkeys and time card here, the customer service is nice and i got my key very fast. Thanks allcdkey.

I tried allcdkey out after using GameUSD for for 2 years without any issue, i think it's good.to be honestly.

Scammers! Couldn't agree more with the other posters! They wanted my i.d and are acting like fraudsters!

My product only cost $30 (They won't refund my money/I haven't gotten the product!) but I am spreading the word!

They promise the world but deliver garbage!

i used this company yesterday in order to buy a cd key for fifa13, (i used paypal )they sent me email saying that my phone number is invalid i told them that this is the only phone number i am using and its impossible to be invalid, then i went through their online chat help service it was taking for them between 10 and 20 minutes to respond to my questions , i asked them for refund since the conversation was taking us nowhere , they asked me for legal and other id documents as a proof , i told them that my bank and paypal have all the proof needed in order to authorise any payment and they have no right to withold my money kept asking for refund and they completely ignored me this conversation was about 90mins long with them responding between 10-20 mins , the person was unprofessional and bad mannered , i have already reported them to paypal and i end up opening a case in the resolution center . i hope at least somehow to get my money regardless of being only 28 euros .

they are probably fraudster since i found several reviews around from other people tha had the same experience they should be reported and close down this company , next step for me is to contact by bank and actualy ask them to contact these shady people

I ordered 3 game keys for my Sons. They contacted me asking for various identity information, I have never had to verify my identity when using my credit card with a company. They asked for a copy of my passport, a utility bill. They even wanted me to send a photo of myself holding my credit card! This leaves customers open to identity theft. I tried calling their customer support line, no answer it just hangs up. Avoid this company they act like fraudsters.
