I Literally Hate Them
It's the second worst experience I've ever had shopping online. These people are likely straight out of China. I went here due to the low price - but it turned out not to be worth it.
After ordering my item I received no confirmation. I decided to hit up their live support. Odd how the image for live support was not clickable - so I went to "contact us" and clicked the link there. I was waiting for a good 15 minutes in the "queue". Spoke to someone who took like 15 minute breaks between each question. This was funny considering they only help one customer at a time (remember the queue?). Demanding I verify who I am.
Let me tell you something - that's why I paid with PAYPAL (you idiots!). Paypal verified my bank account and my address for them. But somehow they needed more. So I scanned my driver's license and edited out personal info. Then they said they wanted more. A whole hour went by. I was literally talking to customer support like it was my JOB to earn this cd key. Needless to say I was extremely pissed off.
Pay a *little* more. Shop at CJS-CDKEYS or direct2play and be safe. I've never had this issue with them.
A total scam DO NOT use this site - I lost my money
I purchased Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls and the item was listed as in stock and guaranteed delivered in 10 minutes. After it did not arrive for a few hours I contacted them through live support where it took, and I am not exaggerating, around 30 minutes to answer each time I wrote something. I was on for two hours and was finally told that it was out of stock and they would send me the key later. I asked if I could have my money back and they reassured me I would have it soon. The next day I get an email with the code and when I tried to register on my battle.net account it said the cdkey was already registered to another account. I replied to the email with the cdkey in it with two screenshots - one showing that the code has already been redeemed and one showing that in my account I only have the base game of Diablo 3 and not the expansion. I did not hear from them for the entire day so I emailed the support address with what happened and the two screenshots to prove it. I heard back a few hours later asking me to send in pictures to prove it so I sent the same pictures in for the third time. I did not get a response for a couple hours so I went back on the live support to try and either get a new cdkey or my money back. Again, with very long response times I was told after I explained what happened that the order was finished and I got my key. The person was not even reading what I wrote. I again explained that the cdkey was already registered and sent the same two screen shots for the fourth time. About 45 minutes later I get a response with the part in the error saying it has already been redeemed or I already own the product highlighted. I then took new screenshots showing the error code again and two more which showed that I only have the base Diablo 3 game and not Reaper of Souls on my account. After about two hours of being told to wait and have patience I asked what was happening again. The person finally said that I would have to wait and have patience and the session was abruptly cut off. The next day I received an email telling me that I had to deal with the issue with Blizzard or wait for cdkey to magically work by logging in and out of my battle.net account and repeatedly trying it. After literally hours on live support and days of waiting I have only got the runaround. I have filed a chargeback with my bank and reported the company as a scam which is quite possibly selling stolen goods which would explain the already used key. I had to cancel my credit card incase they were able to obtain the card and have ordered a new one. Please heed my warning and stay FAR away from this site. I should have paid full price or used a more expensive site.
A very dubious company!
Am I glad I paid through PayPal? You bet! I ordered Arma 3 through their shop, it said delivery time within 10-15 minutes. I paid and then I got a call from a woman, who spoke some extremely poor english. I tried to understand what she said, and I think that I answered her questions correctly... I then instantly got a email saying: "Your order has been approved. Unfortunately, the item(s) you want are out of stock now. Please allow us about 1-12 hours to stock up. We will deliver the CD Key(s) via email as soon as possible. Whenever you have a question please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always expecting to serve you better."
Right, right.. Thats quite longer than 10-15 minutes. I then contacted them with very little response. They offered I could get a voucher for their shop instead, I turned it down. I told them that I wanted my money back. I then opened a dispute through PayPal. They again asked if I wanted some kind of voucher for their shop and I again turned it down. My brother then contacted them, and they then said that I would get my money back, if I closed my dispute. I thought they were kidding, because thats a pretty clear scam move. We turned them down, and then got my money refunded.
DO NOT, and I can not stress this enough. DO NOT buy anything from this shop!
Worst live support and lack of respect for customers.
This is probably one of the worst video games cd keys websites out there. There lack of communication, respect for customers is amazing. Live support is a joke to say the least, if you have a problem it will take ages for them to fix it for you (and only if you contact them first). A bad company all around.
Broken Links and Refund Denial
Bought a CD key for Diablo 3 RoE from them, after 20 minutes the email came through with the details but the link to the key image just showed a Java error rather than the image of the CD key scan. After 5 hours I finally managed to get ahold of someone who said that it would take another 8 hours or so to "fix" the problem and that I couldn't get a refund as the key had already been sent out (although it clearly hadn't).
Pretty terrible considering it's supposed to be an "instant" service and I couldn't even cancel to get it from elsewhere.
Utterly unacceptable
What an absolutely ridiculous website. Their keys were advertised to be delivered within 15mins and so i hoped.
an hour later i received an email saying absolutely nothing but my order number and that it would take 1-12 hours for them to "re-organize their stock".
after 3 hours of their live chat to try and get a refund. low and behold they refused to give refunds and just kept on stalling saying just checking, 30 mins, wait an hour repeatedly.
its ridiculous, they refuse to give a refund saying it would take 5 days and by then they will have stock but its truly unacceptable.
Worst experience EVER with an online shop!
Remember there was a movie with Tom Hanks - The Money Pit. He bought a really cheap good-looking house but after that everything started to fall appart and he realized that it was broken, and it costed him not only money but time, relationship and more to fix it.
Using this site - Allcdkey.com, is the same experience! You are dragged by the cheap price, but what you receive is comparable only to nightmare.
I ordered Diablo III RoS yesterday. Got confirmation mail that I will need to provide information back - like ID scan, photo and such. Usual practice of such websites because they are targeted by scammers and credit card/paypal frauds. I do understand in someway their intentions. So I did provide what they wanted. Of course removing the sensitive information.
2h passed and still no key. So I decided to contact their "24/7" support. Oooo My God! What a terrible support!!! After-sale, Pre-sale - the same person!!!! Only one person! And I waited for like 25 mins before I received an answer. The answer was and I quote since I saved the conversation: - "plz hold on". Wait what? You are telling me to wait more? I waited and my frustration was getting high. While I waited I had time to look through their website. There is NO and I will state it again so everybody can read it NO INFORMATION if this is real company!!!! 2 phones listed, couple of mails and that's it. Looks like complete scam. So I got an answer from the nice lady - Amy Lee who was really bad with English. She told me to send a picture of me holding the ID (only my hand holding the ID). I did. Then asked me to send the address. I did. Of course again removing all sensitive information.
And you can't imagine what she told me next - plz send this to softislandfifa@foxmail.com (yes I do hope spammers will go to this e-mail!!!!). I asked why not checking the support@allcdkey.com (spammers target here too pls). Because she doesn't have access to this mail. Wait how is this possible? The support doesn't have access to the support mail inbox? Are you kidding me? For Real?
But wait, before I had even time to say something she wrote - Can you contact us after 30 mins. My shift is over and we are restarting the system.... I was like ??!?!?!?!?!?!?! Couldn't believe it at all. And imagine - she even closed the chat!!!!!
I was astonished by this rudeness so I fired up my phone and started dialing the two numbers listed in their website under contact us section. Yes, if you've red until here you would know that nobody picked the damn phones!!!! The second one actually connects you through some kind of a modem. Hope it's not a scam telephone number, but hey my bill will come soon so I will update you. I didn't give up of course.
Went to their site and opened a dispute with them for refund. But while waiting and believe me it was around 20 mins I decided to contact the support again. This time Nicole answered (again after 15 mins of waiting 2 people before me). I explained gave order information and what she replied back was amazing - what country are you in - I gave it to her. But you made the purchase from another country. Wait what? Another country? Then I remembered that I really made the purchase from another country. My working laptop uses VPN to connect to Intranet and Internet and probably was because of that. And for the second chat I moved to my own laptop. Anyway made a whois gave her the IP and she said - plz send the ID to softislandfifa@foxmail.com. I was again really frustrated because this was total bull@hit. But I sensed it was close to finally get my key and sent the info there. After around 10 mins she replied - we approve. Wait what? Approved? Did I read that correctly? And ta daaa my key was in my inbox. I couldn't believe it!
It took me 6h hours, 100 of phone calls to phones which nobody picks up, 2 chats (3 in total because on the first one my i-net connection dropped me), sending photos to mails and a looooooooooooot of nerves to get it. Compared to their statement that key is usually sent in 10 mins! Total lie! Just a lie!
So if you want to go through all the above, please head on to their site and order a key. Just remember, your life will be a lot shorter after that because of the nerves you've spent with this so called merchant!
Dubious company
i bought 2 Diablo3-Keys and rejected to scan my ID (or share my phone number) for their verification process. so they rejected to deliver me the keys. in addition they denied to refund my money, explaining they assume "im not authorized to use this paypal account". after 2 days they stopped answering my emails. needed 2 weeks and the Help from Paypal to get my money back. Never ever again.

Awful support. They will telephone to your contact, after payement is completed, which they don't warn in any step of the process. My Cell phone was off, i receive 1 email 1 hour after the purchase was done, which i replied, that my cell phone was allready on and they could call again for identity verification. They called me about 10 hours later, at 7 am, during my sleep ( i live in europe and im 90% sure it was a chinese guy), i could barely understand his words, or the language he was speaking... if this "thing had a physical shop i would be all over this morning making a written complaint, even loosing 1/2 hours of work.
This website is so AMATEURISH!!! AVOID IT! i've warned you! Wish i had done my job before i bought it! Oh and yeh, Live support (2x times with 1 hour wait and i was always the next in line ) doesnt work and e-mails dont get response back
BTW, if allcdkey ever reads this, JUST SKIP your telephone confirmation and people will complain less.
A great service for cheap games
A roommate of mine told me about this site, at first i was a bit carefully. I ever suffered online fraud several times, I feel quite great when I saw how he placed order and when he got the key. I ordered 2 keys with my buddy and only need €60. I didn't know why I waited 40 mins to take the key, but my roommate only waited 10 mins. Key works great! Downloading game now!
Good Site for game codes, price quite cheap
Was suggested to this site by allkeyshop, only costs €29 I got my Diablo 3 RoS code. One point, I waited almost 1 hour to hold the code from email.

I made a pre-order for "Diablo III: Reaper of Souls". An asian girl calls me shortly after in order to verify my name and e-mail adresse. Her English was very poor and she was extremely hard to understand, but eventually I somehow figure out what she wants. She tells me everything is fine and that I will get my CD-key as soon as the game is released. I never receive any order information in my mail, but I can login on the website and see my order from there.
The game is released and I dont receive anything. Next day I go to the website and try to login, but my profile seems to be gone. I can't even use the "forgot password" option. It's as if my profile was deleted somehow.
I contact the online support. Support is extremely slow, rude and seems to have a hard time writing and understanding even basic english. They keep acting as if I'm the one to blame because I can't provide an order-ID. I can provide them with the exact amount taken from my credit card, the phonenumer and exact time they calling me, my e-mail adresse and my order information. They just keep replying that I don't have an order., and somehow keep expecting me to fix things.
I asked my bank to cancel the order and get my money back, which is always possible in these situations when using your credit card online.
I just feel like an ass for falling for such a scam. The whole thing should have scared me a away from the beginning. The poorly designed website, the use of language and all the bad reviews online.
Avoid at all cost. You'll regreat wasting your time on this.

I purchased my key code from here as i have used game key sites in the past and they offer great value with the ability to get your game minutes after buying.
This site states a 10 minute delivery, but after waiting an hour i still hadn't received a thing. After another hour of trying to get through to customer service they tell me that i needed to take a call from them before they can give me my code. Great thanks for telling me!
While waiting i looked up some reviews ( i wish i had done sooner) and find many bad ones claiming they had to have to give all sorts of personal info over the phone. I decide to just cancel my order and buy from a site Ive used before, but their customer service just would not give up with trying to get me to take a call to get my code. An hour of coercing later she finally gives in and tells me i will receive a refund in 3-5 days.
A week goes by and still no refund. Back to customer support and guess what? They're still trying to convince me to take a call and get my code. Was the promise of a refund just a lie? I tell them again i just want a refund and again they ask me to take a call, so I give up, and file a dispute with paypal. Finally i get a refund the next day, what a palava. Do not deal with this company.

Today, release day, I have nothing.
I send a message to the customer service to know why and here is there answer:
"Unfortunately, your keys are in preparation. We are sorry for the delayed delivery. We are now have some codes in stock, but the cost is much more than ordinary. So we hope you could add extra usd$6.39 for the order and then we can send the cdk to you. Or you may choose wait until we have the ordinary CDK. It will probably take 10-15 days. Of course you can ask for a refund. "
So my options are:

Im very sorry, that i did not check Trustpilot prior to my purchase. I boght a game 2 days ago, Mailed them - no reply. Today i managed to reach them by "support-chat" and now they just tell me, the game is out of stock and they dont know when it will arrive. Canceling the order seems impossible.
