Must say after reading the reviews i got really scared, but after less then 10 minutes i got a mail with a working CD-key for Diablo 3 RoS.

They called me for confirmation, couldn't understand a thing the lady was saying. I called them back after an hour of not receiving my key, and they are out of stock for several days. Huge waste of time.

Bought an item, delivered very late despite the "guaranteed 10 minutes delivery". A week has passed, still waiting for refund.

I went to allcdkey to buy a key for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, and since the price tag said 27 euros I went for it, later I discover that the price for the steam key is 31 and 27 euros was the price for a "steam gift"
Since I have bought other steam gifts from other sites(you log in into your steam account via web-browser and they send you a trade offer) I thought I could deal with it. I check out as a guest, complete the payment here and then I'm sent back to their site, in which it says "purchase complete" and nothing more. I do not receive a single email, call, or anything. I look around the site for the product again, and I see a small disclaimer that steam account details such as name and password need to be included(something no one would ever give out just like that) I've tried contacting them via phone, email, and chat with no luck.

I bought a key and since I didn't receive it in 30 mins I contacted support via live chat (paid with paypal). I told the support my order-id (which I got from my paypal receipt). The support lady asked for a phone number and called me. She asked for my paypal e-mail and I got the key to that e-mail, it worked. The end :)

This website claims to be able to deliver cd keys within 10 minutes, but actual facts are that they call you on your telephone number in order to "confirm" the order, which means asking for your name and nothing else.
This means, for me, receiving an international call which I had to pay in order to be able to answer, in addition to the money I already sent them to buy the key.
I'll also mention the very poor knowledge of either american or english language of the operators, athough they called me from Washington.
The only reason I didn't ask Paypal to help me get refunded is that after the whole adventure I lived between trying to contact them through a NON-working live-chat, via email at a NON-24/7 customer support and via Facebook (once again NOT a 24/7 service), I finally got my cd keys, fully functional, which I immediately redeemed.
They have been honest within their methods, but definatly not instant, neither professional as they claim to be.

It took them 55 minutes to deliver Cd-Key. Involved a phone call with a lady from California barely speaking English and then long 30 minutes conversation via chat. I understand that in order to protect their business but still they shouldn't advertise theirs keys as automatic 10 minutes keys

I could go on and on about these cheats and scam artists, but if anyone is going to read this I'm going to have to make this short and sweet.

I ordered a game from them, they were "out of stock" but never said it on their site. THEN they sent me a Russian cd-key language region locked 14 hours later, when I bought the English version. Their customer support simply kept saying "check back in 20 hours", or "check back in 10 hours" etc etc... One support representative "Vicky Wong", said to me when I had a problem that I didn't have a problem. "no sir, you dont". How rude and unprofessional does it get with these scumbags?!?! If in the next day I don't get a replacement game, I will have to write this off as a loss.

Don't risk your money with these guys, I use plenty other cd-key sites, and these are the WORST!!! AVOID!!!

I'ved received a Phone call from them, asking a few security questions
and after that was done, received my cards in mail

Don't know why people say it's a scam?

They will never send you a gamekey, they will take your money and leave you behind.

simply fraud.
If you decide to buy a key there is little chance of you getting a working key.
and if you concact customer support they will leave you hanging with no answer or tell you that they did send you a working key.

spent way to much time pursuing getting my money back via paypal and customer support.
money is lost no matter what you do. worst support ever..
oh and by contacting the support 100% chance of getting spam mail from them that you never said yes to.

online delays, they need to call me yet they go to my voicemail directly and dont leave a message. chat started asking personal questions. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I know there are a lot of negative reviews here. I didn't have to have a phone verification at all. Basically they just sent me the key within 10 minutes like they said they would. Just remember to check your email. I feel kinda bad that a lot of people had problems with them. Kinda have to admit I was scared I'd get ripped off after buying, only then did I read these reviews whilst I was waiting...

Anyway it's okay. I got my Reaper of Souls key easily and for only €20.21

Not sure if I would recommend the service. CJS is far better and they have the best customer support and almost always you get your key instantly, not within minutes. Also they don't require phone verficiation. However they were a little more expensive for this key. My advice is to go with CJS and just pay the extra bit, it's worth it rather than being scammed. I was pretty lucky to get my key for RoS I think.

never received goods- do not use!

Bought a CD key for Sniper Elite III but it failed to materialise. I complained and was told it would be resolved in 2-12 hours. 48 hours later no key and no indication of when it'll arrive. I asked for refund and will report to Paypal if not received in 24 hours.
WASTE OF TIME IMO

Do not buy from this company, they will scam you out of your money! I was stupid enough to check the web for good reviews, don't make the same mistake.

I've purchased a 'steam gift' from their site and never received it. After contacting the support chat I got no result, they respond really slow (1 message in 15 minutes asking for the order id and saying they are checking it) they stop responding or simply disconnect you from the chat. Next I started a paypal dispute, where they replied that they have sent the item to my steam account. After responding that I did not receive it I escelated it at paypal. I lost the dispute for the reason that it is a virtual item.

After that I tried contacting them again, but the support chat only comes up with the same awnser everytime. Already sent it to you, which is not true. Then they will ask some extra time to check the order ID again, but come back with the same result. This proces will take more then an hour. They are not taking the efford to check if the gift is claimed or not and do not respond to your remarks. I am guessing their english is too poor to understand any of my requests.

20 euro's down the drain... really dissapointed.

Like stated by everyone else. They promise to deliver within 10 to 20 minutes. False. I've waited five hours before contacting live support. I tried through email (which they claim they'll respond to in 30 minutes) and they haven't responded. When I talked to them in the live chat all went well until I was treated like some dog. Log:

After that I just left, I am never bothering with this bullpoop website again, I advise others not to do so either.

Cd key was listed as in stock. It wasn't.

I was promised delivery within 10 minutes. Didn't get it.

I was subject to some weird identity verification check on the phone, which I didn't enjoy.

Was then promised delivery within 1-12 hours....didn't happen.

Opened dispute with paypal and asked for my money back...still waiting...48 hours later.

Disgraceful for what should be an instantly-delivered product. Avoid this company
