Quick and easy to deal with. It has solved the problem of my computer immediately after I installed the new item KCP426SD8/16 KIN by myself.

This is most horrible website ive used in my life. First if you are outside of Germany you are treated like a trash. Exactly like a trash. First ordering from this website you need to exchange 4-5 emails to get order approved. They convert German prices to your country prices. They dont have automatic system for this which is hilarious (Its 2022 we are not in 2000 era where online shopping started to grow). Their live chat facebook and twitter support is useless. They have only one guy working on outside of EU orders. I feel bad for him because he is working alone on so many orders (approving). I did 3 orders on this website. In one order there is a cashback voucher for asus motherboards. You get 125 euros gamesplanet.de voucher to buy games. They dont want to give me because im not in Germany (probably their employee will use it for his kids or for himself). First of all if i cannot use it i would give it to my friend in Germany as a gift. In second order they sent me wrong items. Website description for this product is wrong. Now im in return process they say they didnt get anything from me. I have proof of delivery from trans o flex company. They received item 10.10.2022 in their shop. Then in facebook messages they lied to me that they never received item. I will probably open paypal dispute and ask for money back at the end of this week. I have proof of delivery. They hold 930 euros for this order. Also they dont know how to speak english on phone calls. So i asked my friend to speak german to get information and order approved.

TLDR: IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF GERMANY DONT USE THIS SHOP!
-No refund for 930 euros
-No cashback/gamesplanet voucher for 125 euros

Not following and respecting your European consumer laws and rights, there is a chance they will refuse to pay for shipping costs for defective goods back to Germany if you are not located there. Despite having great deals I really don't see myself ordering from there again after this.

First my order was finished successfully.
I bought a simple microwave at a promotional price, which pleasantly compensated the shipping cost. But even without a discount the price still remains lower than other retailers. The item was delivered one day ahead of schedule in its original packaging.

Got the item i wanted at a very good price. Delivery was amazingly fast. Item packaging could have been a bit better, the box was split and the item was sticking out, however i think this was perhaps the fault of the delivery company and the weight of the item - 4kgs.
I still recommend though.

There is still place for improvement. The website is somehow broken. I've ordered 2 times (2 order with a total of 6 items and a value of over 1k. the tracking mecahnism doesn't work as intended because the order was split and it was only displaying 1 shipment without the details of what was shipped. After I received that packet the status was "order complete". I had to call 2 times to ask where are the rest of the items.
If I go into my account and look at what I have ordered, is empty, I have to do a manual search.

The website could use a lot of improvements, also in the UI direction.

I have shopped at alternate a few times. last time the product arrived with damage, it happens. But after experiencing alternate's customer service, I will probably think twice before doing it again. I think the will is there to help. but the skills are not.I have bought an assortment organizer where the pins that hold the drawers in place are missing for one drawer. I send a picture of that with the complaint. The first message is that they want a picture of the damage which I have already sent. I sent the picture one more time, after which they notify the manufacturer. so far so good. I then receive a package from alternate, in which there are two new drawers, it surprises me, so I contact alternate again and am informed that I have received the drawers I have complained about! I just haven't done that, I've advertised over the frame. so now I'm still left with a broken organizer and two extra drawers.
It must be the height of incompetence. I would recommend others to think twice before shopping there, the price may be reasonable, but it could end up being expensive.

I am purchasing a lot of my electronic and electrical appliances from Alternate.de and they are the best so far. I have tried lot of others, but this is really good. Customer service, shpping, interface, etc. Allo good for me. Thanks

The WORST company we ever dealt with in the last 15 years in this industry. We paid 4242,84 euro for an order on the 26th of May. They sent the wrong item worth 150 euro and requested to send it back. No exchange was possible because they no longer had the products requested in stock. The return was delivered a week ago and they still did not issue a refund after many emails and phone calls. Luckly we paid via Paypal so we will escalate the claim to a dispute as this seems to be the only way to get the money back from Alternate. We will also open a claim with the European Commission and report the incident on all platforms. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST !!!

The store does not have video cards all the time, I went there and bought a coupon for 1000 €. The staff is very friendly and sincere, although they do not understand English well and generally mentioned for a long time that they have such a service. But the problem is not in this, the problem in the fact that I made an order in which the computer is completely ready, but there are no JBL Tune 510BT headphones. Befor yesterday i must to wait 7 days, yesterday 8, and this morning 9 days. It will not stop forever, the fully finished computer will wait until June 22-23. I'm ready to pay 7€ extra for delivery

the order process was easy and quick, everything worked as it should. my only critique is that the item had obviously been opened before, but since the gpu was in mint condition, I dont hava a problem with this.

Bought a graphics card from outlet. Alternate hasn't shipped in 3 days so I've contacted them. As an answer got something like "sorry it's out of stock". Even when they were still on the outlet side, just for 40euro more :D. Had to ask when will my money be returned and everything, cuz they're not willing to inform me. Fun fact is i bought a new one for 5euro more in mindfactory and for 35euro less than the actual alternate.de outlet price. Well deserver 1 star, don't recommend shopping here if you wish to have your item/money

After complaining about a defective item, for which I paid the return costs to the carrier, 5 months later I was charged the same amount again by guess who: Alternate. The Reasoning: Since I couldn't provide any "proof" for having paid the return fees (although the item arrived and a refund was issued) Alternate couldn't trace the payment and requested me to pay the return fees again to them while threatening legal actions against me.

Definitely my last purchase there, please don't make the same mistake and purchase from these scammers!

I bought 3600mhz rams from alternate, couldn't get them work on 3600mhz and used them on 2933mhz. Then 3 months later someone told me that the rams could be defective. I considered the possibility and bought another pair of rams, again from Alternate.

Yes, it was true, new rams worked fine and the old ones were defective. I sent them back to alternate. They said "it's over 15 days, we can't give you a refund" and sent them back to me.

I am sorry I wasn't a tech genie and couldn't know that your BRAND NEW RAMS were defective and noticed that 3 months later!

This is your customer satisfaction. Live with it.

While I found the same parts cheaper on different stores, I decided to buy my PC at ALTERNATE because of their incredible and convenient PC building interface on their website. I would consider it unfair to use it and then search for the parts cheaper somewhere else. So thank you ALTERNATE.
However, the reason I gave 4 starts and not 5, is due to a lack of one key information (that an unexperienced pc builder like myself made. The motherboard I bought does not support 2 system fans, and the case I bought has build-in 2 case fans. So I have only 1 fan working instead of 2. Im sure its fixable, but as I said, I am a noob and hoped the GUI got my ignorance all covered.

The same TV anywhere else costs at least 100 Euro more, while its exactly same model. The TV works perfectly and its brand new. The delivery was super fast and customer service is answering very fast. I never knew about this website before, but I will always check it and will buy more from it.
