If they can't find your home your package gets returned to warehouse and you wait for a refund for weeks. Customer service is unreachable.
Amazon provided a non-existent locker location, then accused me of fraud and threatened account closure
On December 10, 2025, I placed multiple orders on Amazon.com.mx and selected the locker listed by Amazon as closest to where I was staying in Acapulco, Mexico:

This locker location does not exist.
I personally went to Technology Plaza and located Unit 22, which Amazon’s system explicitly identifies as the locker location. Unit 22 is a Telcel retail booth. There are no Amazon lockers anywhere at this address. I confirmed this directly with two separate on-site security guards, both of whom verified that there have never been Amazon lockers at this location. I have photographic evidence showing the plaza, the unit number, and the Telcel storefront.
Because the locker does not exist, it was physically impossible to collect the orders.
I immediately contacted Amazon customer service and was initially told that if the items were not collected, a refund would be processed automatically. This did not occur. When I followed up, I was informed that the matter had been escalated to Amazon’s Order Fraud / OFM review department.
I was later notified by this department that my account was being reviewed due to an “exceptionally high number of lost orders” and that my account could be restricted or closed. In other words, I was accused of suspicious activity for items that could not be collected because Amazon provided an incorrect locker location.
I responded promptly and clearly explained that the locker location does not exist and that I went to the address provided. No meaningful response was ever received. Many other Amazon users report the same experience with the OFM review process: responses appear automated, template-based, and non-responsive, with explanations and evidence — including Amazon’s own documented errors — seemingly ignored.
Since then, I have spent countless hours attempting to resolve this through Amazon.com.mx customer service:
• Different agents provide conflicting information
• Chat is frequently unavailable
• Phone numbers often do not connect to customer service
• Supervisors lack authority and simply redirect customers back to the OFM review process
One customer service agent confirmed that Amazon’s internal system shows all items as awaiting retrieval by Amazon, clearly indicating that I did not collect them. Despite this, I was later told by a supervisor that the decision had already been finalized and could not be changed, and that my only option was to continue replying to the same unresponsive review process.
I also contacted Amazon customer service in other regions. While they acknowledged the issue, they stated they could not assist because Amazon.com.mx is treated as a separate entity. Responsibility is repeatedly deflected, and no one takes ownership of correcting a clear error.
To summarize the facts:
• Amazon listed a locker location that does not exist
• I went to the exact address provided
• I confirmed the absence of lockers with on-site security
• I provided explanations and evidence
• Amazon accused me of suspicious activity
• Amazon threatened account restrictions
• The OFM review process failed to engage meaningfully
• Refunds were not issued for items that were impossible to collect
I have been a long-time Amazon customer in other regions, and the service I received from Amazon.com.mx has been unacceptable. This situation was caused entirely by Amazon’s own inaccurate location data and was made significantly worse by a rigid, opaque review process that appears automated and unwilling to correct internal mistakes.
I am still seeking full refunds for items that were never accessible due to Amazon’s error.
Amazon México, you need to fix this...
I would like to understand why Amazon México is wasting a lot of cardboard boxes. If you buy more of the same product, they send the items separately, wasting a huge box to put a small item inside, also, because of that, you get 1 item delivered in one day and the other one days after the first delivery. You need to fix that Amazon, send all items together and use only 1 package, the planet is suffering enough. Thanks.
Definitely NOT Amazon.
Drivers will just not show at all and mark delivery as attempted. Sat with the door open and a neighbor overlooking the parking lot. Two days in a row driver ever came. Once we saw him in the distance, just turn around and leave. Maybe they get paid more this way, but its not a usable service.

The vanity itself is basic, but it does the job. The material is lightweight, but seems sturdy. The surface is smooth and easy to clean. The mirror is small, but sufficient for my daily use.

The absolute worst shopping experience
The absolute worst! Trying to order a gift for someone in Mexico (so Mexican shipping address) but paying with my international credit card - Amazon resorts to locking my account, forcing password reset, and deleting all my stored data. This happened TWICE already, I'm not able to purchase the gift. Customer support doesn't order the phone either. Will pick another website.
Sudden cancellation of orders after 11 days of waiting.
n November 3rd I made two orders (406-6205744-7415524 for 545.8 euros, 406-7853729-7648361 for 272.9 euros, total for 818.7 euros, both seller and delivery person are Amazon itself), when ordering I was informed that I would receive the goods today, 11/14/2024.
I was ready to wait these 11 days, as the price of the goods suited me.
Today is 11/14/2024 and I was expecting to receive the long-awaited goods, but suddenly instead today I received emails that both orders were unilaterally canceled by Amazon today due to the lack of goods.
As a result, I wasted a lot of time, while I could not spend 818.7 euros buying goods elsewhere, as this money was stuck in Amazon.
Big disappointment.

That’s because all their call center talking voices (with puppet minds) are Mexicans probably living in Mexico and would starve without the stolen money that Amazon pays them with. From whom did Amazon steal the money it now slobbers over? From you and me - remember all the junk that came late even with “fast 2 day Prime delivery” LIES.
