I have worked for this company for a long time ie. over 15 years. I find them to be very helpful and friendly. If you have a problem (genuine) they are very understanding and try their best to sort for you. The payment is on time and they do respond quickly to emails. Looking forward to working with them again this year.

I've been working with amberarch for a few months now and have had no issues. I've found the staff to be polite, engaging and always respond to queries.

One particular assignment the survey is a little tedious however, if this isn't for you then chose a different assignment.

Looking forward to continuing working with them.

I have been working for Amber Arch for a few years and mystery shopping for decades. As long as you read the brief, the work is consistent and some jobs very straightforward and very lucrative. Some jobs require a long report for the money but you get to preview the questionnaire so can decide for yourself. A good way to earn extra pocket money. Regarding charity fundraising jobs I have experienced the breadth of outcomes including carrying out a scheduled job, turning up to a location and no fundraisers being there, and thirdly being phoned in the morning to state that the fundraisers had cancelled the location. In all cases, Amber Arch communicated clearly, paid on time and were easy to get hold of both via email or on the phone.

Amber Arch is a good company to work for. They are approachable on the phone and answer queries quickly. The briefs are thorough and easy to navigate. There are a wide range of shopper opportunities and the amount paid is fair.

I’ve been working with Amber Arch for a while now and can say they are one of the best mystery shopping companies out there. They communicate clearly, give precise and detailed instructions and provide support when needed!

I was shopping for a luxury item. I not only got paid for the task, but also got to keep the product. I enjoyed the shop. Instructions were clear and the brief easy to follow.
I have completed a variety of jobs for Amber Arch. I find the staff very helpful. There have been a few occasions when a job has been cancelled at the last minute, but I consider this is due to the client - not Amber Arch.
Money is paid promptly (not so with some agencies). If I am out on a job and need help, I have always found that the telephone is answered immediately and help given quickly (again, not so with some agencies).
I feel part of the team at Amber Arch and hope to do more with them in 2025.

I have had the pleasure of working with this team for a couple of years now, Stephanie and Pamela are always helpful and great communicators. Very approachable and easy to contact if I ever have any problems.

I've been with this company for over 20 years with a small gap. Pam, Steph and the rest of the team are a delight to work with, are patient and are always able to assist with any questions that I've had (even out of hours!!) They were quick to give me constructive feedback on my early assignments, and I really enjoy the variety of work offered.

They've been very quick to respond to questions as they've cropped up along the way, and they're also open to feedback too.

I've read through some of the comments left on their Trustpilot page and I would agree with their responses to poor reviews in that all the instructions and asks are clearly laid out in the briefs provided. The team don't mind fielding phone calls if you're unsure of anything.

I'm looking forward to enjoying lots more work with Amber Arch in 2025.

I have worked with Amber Arch for many years. They are a super team to work with. Always contactable on the phone and supportive. I have enjoyed a variety of assignments from them and have never felt pressured to take on any work if I wasn't able to help at the time. Pay is competitive and much better than some other companies and they will support with mileage if able to do so. More than happy to give 5 stars!
