Ordered pasta bowls and a suitcase
Ordered pasta bowls and a suitcase. Pasta bowls were broke on pick up and didnt even leave the shop with the items and suitcase was locked and no one including staff at pick up point could open so both items returned wasting my time travelling to pick up the items. I have been refunded but was dissapointed i had to return both items

I ordered two items and only one…
I ordered two items and only one arrived. The delivery driver said oops we forgot one. I try to get a message to the impenetrable Argos web site, completely user unfriendly. Chat bot stops chatting. Other parts of the web site are terrible, how can Argos be contacted so that I can get the rest of my order. Be careful with this company. My only option seems to be to contact the authorities. I have now had a reply from Argos who have asked me to reply by Facebook or Twitter. I do not have these, I am a senior citizen and this is just another example of Argos discriminating against older people. Why can't they just give me an email address to reply to like most normal organisations.

Argos cancelled my order saying that…
Argos cancelled my order saying that the addresses did not match on my Argos pay account and my Argos account which is just not true van two days later put the same item up for sale for £120 pounds so I expect my cancelled my order because for price was wrong on their website very disappointing will not use Argos again
