Good product

Exceptional service, had everything I needed in one place and the delivery was so fast! It was my first gaming PC so I was a little overwhelmed, but the FAQs and set-up guides on the website were very helpful. Made the whole process so easy.

I've been using AWD-IT for years now. They are always my first choice whether I'm looking for components, peripherals or if I just want to pass some time looking at interesting builds (looking at you AWD-IT Shark X).

The support is always fantastic, responding quickly when contacted and being open and honest if there's an issue with the order.

Pricing is also very competitive too I managed to get an entire system (minus the GPU and storage) on AM5 DDR5 built for around £550. That's insane in the current market.

Overall, AWD-IT are nothing less than my favourite PC shop and I'll continue to go there for the foreseeable future and probably a little while after that too

Purchased a PC with components that I chose. They rang before starting assembly because I had mistakenly chosen the wrong colour for one component and it would not have matched the rest of the build. I was impressed they noticed my mistake and took the trouble to phone me and confirm that I had indeed made a mistake.
Computer arrived in the timescale they estimated it would take, in working order. Build quality was good. Very well packaged, with plenty of protection, including inside the PC case, to stop components from moving at all.
If I had to nitpick I would have liked some simple instructions on exactly what packaging needed to be removed from inside the case, I was a bit nervous in case I missed had something important.

I dont usually write reviews, i just had to.
When i unpackaged this board i was presently surprised, they did everything correct and i got exactly what i ordered, with all the correct parts and bios updates etc & very quick delivery

Prebuilt motherboard bundle bought on Tuesday night to receive on Friday morning

Great service. Got a new 1440p OLED from these guys. I've had 2 PCs in the past too.

so I purchased a motherboard from them and they put a 12 months warranty on it its been fine and working never had a issue then all of a sudden it stops working so I've complained about it saying its faulty and i told them about the marks on the board they had discovered and told them it was like that when i had it but worked fine. they then told me the warranty is void and nothing else can be done. I've looked on their policy on their website and it says nothing about accidental hardware damage that voids the warranty only states "Software Issues & Accidental Damage: Problems caused by software errors, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under the warranty.

Unauthorised Repairs & Modifications: Any repairs or modifications made by someone other than AWD-IT will void the warranty.

Improper Packaging During Returns: If an item is damaged due to inadequate packaging during its return to us, any costs for replacement parts may need to be covered by the customer." it doesn't state about hardware damage and just mentioning accidental damage could mean anything from software downloading and installing viruses that damage hardware by accident and could also mean hardware accidental damage in which is not mentioned in the policy. the company is not clear on the warranty and returns and I think this should be added to be more clear on voided warranty instead of paying for something that has no warrenty and nothing in return.
