There was an error in my build as the wrong motherboard was installed. But this was fixed very quickly. The service was the best I have ever seen. They are quick to respond and very supportive . I am very happy with my PC. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The pc I ordered is excellent but...
I wanted to leave this review after a few months of having the PC to ensure I was satisfied. The pc I ordered is excellent and runs exactly what I bought it for. Runs Escape from Tarkov with ease despite some of the maps being too much for most PCs and runs CS2 at over 500 fps on the right settings. Only issue was with the delivery they used DHL. DHL said they were delivering within a certain time and said I was 1 stop away for about an hour. I was waiting at the front for it to arrive as was a rather expensive purchase and they never came, they then sent me an email basically saying "sorry you didn't answer your door" I was waiting in my car for since before the expected delivery time and up to the point where they sent that email. I was rather infuriated and so they came the following day and when the driver opened the back of the DHL van I could see the huge box for me. with a bag of manure someone had ordered sitting on top. I watched as the guy moved the manure off the PC box and ignored the "fragile" and "handle with care" and literally rolled the box out of the van. upon opening thankfully awd-it had secured the PC extremely well and the only marks left from DHL where a couple of dings in the glass protection. I would've been absolutely livid if they had damaged it but thanks the awd-it's professionalism they ensured it survived.

We can only apologise for the trouble caused by DHL. Since experiences like yours, we have actually switched our courier service over to DPD, who tend to be far more careful and understanding when it comes to fragile items. Damage in transit can unfortunately never be ruled out entirely, but it is certainly not something we ever want any of our customers to deal with.
Lastly, thank you for the kind words about our packaging. It is something we take real pride in, so it means a lot to hear it recognised.

Every system we build goes through thorough testing before it leaves us to confirm it is fully functional, so we would genuinely like to help get to the bottom of this with you, as it is not what we would expect on arrival after testing here.
For the Bluetooth, if you have not already, please make sure the motherboard antenna is fully plugged in at the rear of the PC, as Bluetooth and WiFi rely on this being connected. This can be found in your Motherboard box as an accessory.
It is also worth installing the latest Bluetooth driver for your motherboard, which can be found here:

For the graphics card, it would help us to know a little more about what is happening, for example whether you are getting no display at all, or whether it is not being detected. One quick thing to check is that your monitor cable is plugged into the graphics card itself rather than the motherboard, as this is a very common cause of no display.

After buying a cpu motherboard bundle I had got an email a day later saying there was a stock issue so instead of delaying my purchase they gave me the option of having another board sent out with the cpu and after making sure my other parts work with the new mother board they had sent it out and had it delivered in 2 days will definitely be using awd-it again highly recommend

Honesty expected
Put an order in to awd-it on 26th July for four components. Graphics card, Ram, CPU and SSD. Later that day put a further order in for 4 in 1 Combo Gaming Set. The following day 27th July I phoned customer service to see if they could add a sata cable to my order. Call handler originally stated this would not be possible as they had no way to invoice me due to the order already been placed. Call handler asked for my order number, put me on hold and returned to the call with the good news that a cable would be shipped along with my order. Fast forward to the 28th July and my 4 in 1 Gaming Set arrived. Sadly, the parts I needed most had not turned up. I logged in to my account and my order status for the parts was showing processed and awaiting shipping. I phoned customer service that day only to be told that my order was in fact NOT out for shipping as the processor I had ordered was out of stock. I was then told they were HOPING for a shipment this Wednesday and I MIGHT receive my goods on Thursday 6th August. I am a patient person and yes stock does run out. However, what I'm not happy about is that the original call handler knew there would be a delay and said nothing. Secondly, the company itself made absolutely no attempt to notify me of a delay. Thirdly there own site stated my order as being processed. On this occasion the service I have received from awd-it would severely limit me on recommending them. I await to see if I do receive my goods by the 6th August.

Stock running short does happen from time to time, but that is no excuse for what followed. You should have been told about the delay during that first phone call, to add with the order status we can only apologise. None of that is the standard we aim for and we are sorry to have hindered your experience.
The good news is that we can confirm all of your stock is here and ready to go. Your order should be out for delivery tomorrow and arriving with you the same day. Please do keep an eye on your emails and your mobile, as you will receive a PIN code from DPD for the delivery.

Really happy to have found AWD-IT, I've recommended them to friends and will be using them in the future. We bought a custom build PC bundle for a great price, delivery was quick and we love the new set-up. I needed an upgrade, so bought a pre-built gaming PC, which was delivered within a couple of days and well packaged. You really can shop for your budget and they have some great deals. Fast response from their customer support too (no issue with the product, it was related to an Nvidia graphics card promotional deal). 10/10 would recommend.
