This was the final gift I bought for my girlfriend. I hope it stays with her for as long as I carried the thought of it, in an open tab before finally becoming a purchase. She filled it with charming little animals and gentle landscapes, turning it from an object into something unmistakably hers... and If fate is kind, perhaps one day I’ll see her smile as she uses it.

Exactly how an order should be, perfect phone

It is claimed that you can cancel the order if no progress have been made. It is not true. 10 mins after I made the order, i tried to cancel and there was no option to cancel. I contacted customer service and due to the delay in answering and taking action. The order was prepared 2 days later and set 3 days later. I have to go through the whole return process. There is no feedback even until now from customer service.

There is no respect for customers. Avoid buying from them.

Worst return experience of my life. Back Market provided an invalid return label for a battery-containing product, causing the package to get stuck with delivery company for weeks. After making multiple calls to the delivery company myself to locate and recover the package, it was finally returned to me. The moment I got it back and was ready to complete the return, Back Market suspended my account, stopped all cooperation, and refused to provide a valid return label. I am left with a product I cannot return and no refund.

The delivery time was impeccable. The product was also in excellent condition and came with a good charging cable. It was packed in neutral packaging, so no original box, but that's okay.

With the customer service I received a quick reply. My problem is that I had bought AirPods 4 and not until after the 30 day return option did I experience that the battery life of the headphones was around 3 hours. I consider this too short because there isn’t a large price difference between buying the headphones new versus buying them refurbished. New headphones battery life should be around 5 hours. The battery life for buying them refurbished isn’t mentioned. Had I known this, I would’ve bought new ones. It would be helpful for the consumer to have a rough estimate of battery life like when buying phones for example.

I had mixed experience with Back Market.

I purchased an iPhone 14 that was advertised as supporting both physical SIM and eSIM. However, I later discovered that the device I received was a Chinese model (A2884), which does not support eSIM at all. This means the product did not match the advertised specifications.

On top of that, I had already returned the phone once because the condition did not match what was described. I also incurred additional costs after purchasing an eSIM plan before realizing it would not work, and had to buy a physical SIM card instead.

Customer support was responsive, but the final resolution was limited to a 45€ partial refund, which I do not feel fully reflects the inconvenience and the fact that the product was not as advertised.

In the end, I kept the phone to avoid further delays, but this experience has reduced my trust in the platform. I would recommend buyers to carefully check model numbers before purchasing.

Product arrived in 2 days only, coming From UK. Everything is working pretty well and the state of the phone is good. Would recommend ! Battery is also fine !

I can't complain about anything. I bought a 300 eur laptop and it was exactly what I needed and got. Works perfect for studying. Maybe a little too much used but honestly, don't bothers me
