I paid for express 5-7 day shipping received it in 2 weeks, the material was like a curtain from someone great grandmother house, the dress didn't look like the picture customer service took forever to respond to my email and then they want to give a partial refund even though I contacted them the very same day I received the dress they made a big deal about it, I have to pay for shipping and a restock fee. I will never purchase nothing from this site again.

The order process was seamless and my dress arrived ahead of estimated date and it is even more beautiful than expected. I cannot wait to rock this on wedding day <3

What are the dress on October 18th, for my son wedding that's on November 11th, so much run around, I have the emails as backup. Do not purchase from this company they lie a lot and now it's 5 days until my son wedding I still don't have a dress. Do not use this company it's a sham. I need a refund ASAP because there's only 5 days left order #BB8262. I hate this company and I would never shop with them again please save yourself the hassle going to stores and buy you a dress

This company needs help! Dressed poorly made nothing like pictures. Pictures are extremely photo shopped and dresses are made big look like curtains and smell like FISH!!!! They however responded rapidly to my concern and I am working with someone for refund but I told them I will spread the news dressed suck!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!

To those of you that paid through PayPal contact them and file a dispute. You can also do it through your bank. Get your money back!!!

Before you buy from this company please make sure is the item you want and that it will fit. I asked for a refund and was giving thousands of excused. I was finally able to return the almos $400 dress in May and Im still waiting. Not even an email response. I can publish all of the emails sent. This is the biggest scam. Do not buy from this company!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress and paid extra for it to arrive earlier. But the dress was very late which made me waste my money for the express. But when the dress arrived, it wasn't even what it looked like on the website and had several obvious mistakes in how it was sewn together. After all this, I sent the dress back several months ago but have not received my money back!!!!!!!!

The dress was ordered as I am a bridesmaid in a wedding. The color I ordered was Emerald Green. The dress I received was Amish blue. The will not do returns as I did not open the package for a couple of days. It is the wrong color and the wedding is a fall themed wedding. Two other birdesmaids were told to order off this website also in Emerald Green. I will never be able to wear this dress as it is ugly and looks like an old fashioned curtain. The dress also does not fit in the bust part--it is to small but fits waist and hips.
Very poorly made. This is a bad website--stay away from things coming from China--they never give the same product as in the photo. I am a former fashion designer I would have been embarrassed to have created such a mess. Now I wasted $169.00 and possibly ruined my friends wedding. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT HAVE TO DO IT HERE.

Dreadful experience!!!! shoddy badly made dress. It bore no resemblance to the photos and non existent customer service.
Plenty of emails telling me that they had sent what I ordered. They did not it was the wrong colour and too small.
They do not do return and will not refund your money.
Do not buy from them!!!!

If I could give them a zero review I would. I bought 3 dresses based on the pictures, let me tell you that I did not get what they advertised. The quality is beyoud HORRIBLE. The customer service was horrible. I received 1 of the dresses and instantly called them for a refund and they would not give me one. By the time I would have to pay to ship the dress back and their portion that they keep I would be out more then the dress was worth. The pictures they use on their website are not their dress quality. They obviously just used other websites pictures. For those of you that are writing good reviews, I am sure you are part of this company and should be ashamed of yourselves. I finally got my money back months after going through my own credit card company. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I SPOKE TO A FEW PEOPLE AND THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING. QUALITY IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IT TO BE.

False advertising, you will not get the dress in the photo, it will be a fake poorly made counterfeit reproduction. Not worth the expense and you will have to have it altered to make it look even wearable. Just go to a local prom boutique.

The quality of their gowns is phenomenal and you get a good deal for them too! They have a wide variety and customer service has been phenomenal! I used my gown for prom and left people turning heads! I plan on using this for my next pageant!

I had to get it altered to fit perfectly even tho I ordered a size smaller cause I wanted it tight and tint the lace to my skin colour

Although I was skeptical when ordering my prom dress, I was able to communicate with those at Ballbella day and night about my dress and any concerns! They were able to help me and also get my dress to me in time.
