I loved my dress I was skeptical at first but everything turned out great. The measurements and the communication was really good and I got it on time.

So i ordered this dress on april 3rd and i didn’t receive it until May 1st. it arrived late but that’s not my issue. i tried to contact them 3 times and i got no response …until i threatened to cancel my credit card. after i received the dress, the dress was very different than what it looked like online. pattern was different, neckline was different and there were missing details and details that weren’t meant to be there at all. But it wasn’t the wrong item, no no. I could tell it was the correct item but it was just different than advertised. Very unsatisfied, never ordering from here again. Disgusting customer service (not that there’s even much customer service to begin with) and false advertising.

My daughter received a prom dress that looked nothing like what was advertised. Horrible quality both sleeves to short and one was longer than the other. The dress was the wrong color, no rhinestones around the neckline, tásales were supposed to be rhinestone but were plastic sequins material of some sort.
Mesh was not fitting against the skin, dress was baggy and looks like and old grandma dress. We just got the dress yesterday Monday 4/24/23 after paying to expedite we still waited a month for it and the prom is Friday 4/28/23. This so called company takes another companies work and advertises it as their own. The product you receive looks noting like what is being sold on line.

I cannot believe I trusted this company for my daughter’s prom dress. It is horrid. I ordered it in January and just received the dress today, April 20th. I wish there was a way I can upload the pics to the dress on this site. Omg I can’t believe this. I will be reporting this company further.

I ordered the “Bright Yellow V-neck Metallic Sequin Long sleeves Prom Dress” with the custom fee and here is what I received
The bust is around 79 and not 87 as ordered
The waist is around 60 and not 63 as ordered
And the hip is around 75 and not 95 as ordered
Also, I picked it in dark green and it arrived like green, almost fluorescent green.
The metallic sequin are badly sewed in place, the finishing touch are horrible!
When I ask for I refund, the customer services was really rude and told me I probably gain weight in the 2-3 week. There are unprofessional and unreliable, I really don’t recommend especially if you order it 2 month before prom and are now in a rush to find a another one.
Walmart clothes quality is way better than this!

Absolutely poor quality and poor customer service. This is a fraudulent business. They literally send you a rag and call it a dress

This company is disgusting. Not only did they send me an outfit that was the most horrific quality in every way shape and form, but they also did not honour their return policy. I was told I would receive a refund for the order but they would not give me the full amount. I had to write countless emails for the whole refund to be given. Then they would not pay for even half of the shipping back to them. It costed $50 AUD too return and ive asked several times for some compensation and they quite clearly dont care. This website is a sham and scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! Disgusting customer service.

Buyer beware!! I thought I was purchasing a dress that was advertised as a nice long flowing dress with a high standing shoulder. The dressed received was completely different with tiny holes in the mesh. Not only did it have pleats and loose threads, the style was not the same. When I contacted Xu Cheng the response I received was "Take it to a tailor and let them fix the dress" and the one that threw me for a loop is "You got what you paid for". Please be aware before purchasing the beautiful advertised dress as they are falsely advertised and does not look the same as pictured.

Absolutely terrible. Please do not buy from them. They are a fraudulent website. They sent me a dress that looked absolutely nothing like what i ordered. The craftsmanship was HORRENDOUS and it was beyond tacky. They don't use paypal so that is a red flag right there. If you buy from them they will not honor their refund/ return policy. I wish nothing but bad on this company and everyone who works for it! They also manually delete all negative reviews so that's why it appears to be a nice, safe business. They are terrible. Run away! Never ever buy a dress from a chinese company. Especially one that doesn't use paypal .
