The site is very user friendly. Once order is placed I am kept fully informed at each stage of the purchase by email. I partially find the text reminder service to useful when my order has been delivered to the store . If on the odd occasion they make a mistake , for example before Christmas my order took longer than usual ( normally only takes a few days) I received a email with a money off code as compensation . It's an great site an love browsing I would recommend to anyone.

I bought a converse CT mid XL on a great discounted price but there weren't much of selection like no other color, no other size but luckily the size that remained was my size and my favorite colorcso no big deal. On time delivery, i only waited for 5 working days. Overall a trusted online shopping site with great products andi recommend this site for online shoppers

Store staff in Reading were extremely helpful and efficient in ordering the correct size shoes. The order arrived on time - I picked the order from the shop and the staff were just as efficient on the second visit.

I bought a jacket online and about 3 weeks later the zip broke. Instead of taking claim of the fault and giving me a FULL REFUND since the product was faulty, I only got given a gift receipt. I know Bank's policy is for a full refund the product must be returned within 14 days but you would think for a faulty product the honourable thing to do would be give me a full refund. Very unhappy with their service and certainly will not be buying from them anytime in the near future.

I wanted to return an item I had bought online but had lost the receipt. I checked online and it said I could bring the dispatch email, however an employee at the store in Kingston said I would have to ring customer service because they could email me the copy of a receipt. I rang customer service thinking they could email the receipt so that I could get my full refund, however they said that I was given incorrect information and I can only have an exchange and that they couldn't email me a copy of the receipt. I am now stuck with an item I do not have any use of!!! Firstly, it said only I could get a refund with a dispatch note, which was incorrect. Secondly, I was told customer service could email me another receipt, which was also incorrect. This was the first time I ordered from Bank, and most likely the last time!

Easy to order, very quick delivery. Dress didn't suit but return to store and refund very easy and staff friendly.

There was a fault with some shoes. There was no problem with them agreeing to exchange them, but they did not have any in the shop and so there was much discusion as to whether they could order them online to my home address for free. They were not willing to credit the amount back to my sons debit card because he was not with me. I had the card and so can not see what the issue was? He would have received money not been debited.

I ordered online (click & collect) and checked the pick up instructions, which said that someone else could collect the goods if they bring a copy of the email with them. I sent my daughter as it was a dress for her and she was refused in store to collect the item. This meant a wasted journey for her and she wanted it for a party that weekend and I was unable to collect it until the following week.

I placed an order online, bank took the money out of my account and charged me for delivery, as agreed.
However after 7days I tried to chase my order as it should have arrived only to be told that the product was out of stock! It wasn't out of stock when I placed the order so what happened?! After speaking to customer services who clearly couldn't be bothered, I spoke to complaints department who offered me 10% off when I PHONE to place an order! What use is that!!!! Then it took them a full WEEK to get my money back to me.
Whole incident completely unacceptable

I ordered a outfit for my birthday on the Thursday it was over 75pounds so thought it would come next day delivery but it did not it came on the Monday I was very disappointed

Used the deliver to store option twice (as i thought the time taken on the first delivery was a one off due to it being around xmas) and both times it took over 3 weeks for the delivery to get to the store. Completely unacceptable - won't be using Bank again!

Have ordered two dresses recently in a size 8 and both dresses are perfect and not overly expensive Great site and dresses came after about 2-3 days. Will be ordering from here again
