So grateful to Beggs shoes for stocking Ricostex boots! Thought I'd never be able to get them anymore. Ordered online and had prompt response, very straightforward and friendly service.

Begg's website has a really good range of footwear. I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of trainers. Both arrived promptly via Royal Mail to Northern Ireland. I returned the trainers - all the necessary paperwork was included plus clear instructions. The whole process - ordering delivery, returns - was straightforward and efficient. Would definitely use again.

There are so many companies who could learn from Begg Shoes. The communication is seamless; items packaged excellently. Returns are dealt with quickly, money returned no problem.

Saw some lovely boots in the window; went in but they were not exactly right for me. One of the assistants then helped me find the right pair for me. She was super helpful and I came away with a lovely pair of Heavenly Feet boots. A Christmas Treat.

Due to a medical condition I need very light shoes. I have favourite Skechers which I normally buy from a local outlet store but on this occasion they weren't in stock. I found them at Beggs on Amazon and had them delivered very quickly for not much more than the outlet! I wouldn't hesitate to look at Beggs first in the future!

Arrived within 24 hours of ordering. £20 cheaper than Hotter site. Free delivery. Super impressed.

The order was Skechers boots which is a make I always use . Did the order through Amazon. The order arrived right in the far south of England and was well packaged and arrived 4 days earlier than expected. Best service ever of such a good product. Thank you

Sketchers ordered bia Amazon arrived on the stated day by Royal Mail tracked delivery. The boots fit fine, (close design to ny old Sketchers), but clear instructions and label included to return directly if it had been necessary. Beggs is a Scottish family business who really value their customers. There's even a handwritten thank you note and since my husband is Scottish and we spend all our holidays there, it made me happy that I could support them, while I'd also managed to find the boots that were rapidly selling out online. My boots were sent from Inverurie but I see there's 2 shops in Inverness so will have a look when we're next up there. 🙂

I bought 2 pairs of shoes in the past two weeks. Karen served me both times and was so patient with finding me something that didn't hurt my arthritic feet. A good experience both times.

I was looking for a specific style and make of mens shoes the assistant that assisted me was extremely helpful in meeting my needs especially as they were not available in store she sourced them from another store and had them sent to Inverurie where they were delivered 2 days later.

Ordered a pair of wide fit slipin sketchers. Good clear web site and easy ordering. After the order was placed there was good email communications letting me know tracking no' etc. Order arrived promptly and well packed. One of the biggest problems in buying shoes on-line is the possibility of returnes. In my opinion Amazon has set a high bar in making it easy to do a return. I think Beggs have done it even better. All the necessary paperwork, incl label with bar code and instructions, were included in the package should a return be required.
Happily no return was required, but if it was it would have been a hassle free job and that is very important.

After trying to source a pair of Rieker trainers in September and searching on line, I came across Begg Shoes and ordered the trainers.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the trainers but Begg Shoes could not be more helpful and liaised with Rieker on my behalf and they were replaced promptly and efficiently, keeping me informed every step of the way

I was looking for a pair of Joseph Seibel shoes/ankle boots that I couldn't source locally. Thus I searched online and ‘discovered’ Beggs Shoes. Impressive range of Seibel footwear available and am very pleased with my purchase of the ‘Naly 09’

However, I was even more impressed by Begg’s customer service. They phoned me to check something re the item I’d ordered and sent me photographs of the same.

Pleased that Beggs use Royal Mail for delivery (because they never leave parcels sitting on the step!). Also pleased to see that they treat Northern Ireland and the Island and Highlands as a ‘regular’ part of the UK and don’t exclude us from delivery or impose an extra delivery charge. They even included a returns label which was a thoughtful touch.

Very pleased with 2 pairs of boots. Staff in Perth store very helpful in fitting first pair and then helping set up online purchase for second pair. Great service - made it easy but not ‘pushy’ in any way.
Would definitely recommend this shop and the range of footwear on offer. I’ve twice found just the shoes I’ve been looking for in store after not finding online with endless scrolling!

Fantastic service and felt so personal with a handwritten note thanking for custom . Also easy returns with enclosed panels and instructions but don’t need to return anything . Love that it’s a family run business . Highly recommend. Thanks
