Great friendly service, super quick delivery, even a pre-printed return label was included - which I didn’t need as the Ara boots I bought fit as if they were made just for me :-) Will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient

Today I had an amazing experience with Kim and Emma in the Perth Branch.
I am disabled and find it extremely difficult to find shoes that can be adapted on my right foot, are wide enough to fit an AFO (splint) inside my shoe and fit comfortably.
All these things and more were met by Kim who went above and beyond to find me boots. Kim went up and down the stairs so many times carrying as many boxes she could carry. Kim listened as l gave her clear instructions on how to fit an AFO into my shoe and did a great job without hurting me. She was very keen on learning this. I found this very impressive. We also had a good fun together. Every time she ran up the stairs with 5 boxes and came down with more she asked Emma to keep an eye on me as I did not have my AFO on. What a brilliant team and after trying on about 15 pairs of shoes she found me the perfect pair. I can’t thank her enough for her customer service. Kim even thanked me for giving her a course on how to fit an AFO and she did it so well she gets 5 stars from me.

I went ito my local shop to look for a pair of winter boots and found a pair I liked, in the colour I liked. Unfortunately the shop didn't have my size but the lovely assistant letme try on the same pair on a different colour before ordering the ones I wanted. My boots were delivered to my home, at no delivery cost, 48 hours later. Excellent service.

Excellent service and information from Karen B in the Kirkwall shop. Nothing was to much trouble, in and out of the storeroom with boxes of Skechers shoes and then she showed me a pair of iMac walking trainers which were perfect, just what I was looking for.

I’ve just bought another two pairs of shoes from Begg Shoes. They are becoming my first stop for any shoes because the descriptions are accurate, the delivery is faultless and the fit has been perfect every time… not to mention the handwritten note that comes with every order.

I ordered 2 pairs of Sandals on Tuesday 9th September, they arrived on Thursday. Well packaged and when I opened the boxes, they were just what I wanted but the personal touch of a handwritten note was lovely, completely made my day. Well done to Beggs for making me feel special.

I ordered some walking shoes from Beggs. They came on time, well packaged and with a hand written note, which in this age of computerised everything, was really appreciated. Unfortunately the shoes are not a great fit and I'll have to return them, but Beggs make it easy.

Personalised service and fast postage. Well packaged and arrived quickly with updates constantly sent through email via Royal Mail.

I have a pair in navy leather, same style, they are so comfortable to wear.
