Good web advice, fast service. Excellent product

At a time with rising costs I found 2 RugBuddys useful in providing ambient heat. It meant I could turn the room stat on my central heating down while still ensuring I had a cosy home. Thank you RugBuddy

I bought two of these a little over a year ago – one for my office and one for my wife's. I wanted to do away with the noisy (and increasingly expensive) fan heater and she always had cold feet and would put the heat on. Yeah – £££££.
They were really helpful with a number of questions we had and ordering was no-nonsense, with products arriving quicker than I had anticipated.
I know this wasn't a one-off, as we ordered another for our living room this year and we haven't had our gas fire on once, yet, despite a couple of weeks consistently below zero.

I’m a happy customer of the large version Rug Buddy which fits perfectly -hidden- under my living room rug with a cable sneaking out of a corner to the nearest socket. Keeps our feet perfectly warm. Brilliant company, brilliant product! William gave me some honest advice before I took the plunge and purchased the Rug Buddy for my home office.
It takes the chill off the air around me and keeps my body warmer, without drying the air out like central heating and at a fraction of the cost.

Second rug buddy we have bought and 1st for my Mum and we love them! Service is excellent with any questions answered and the difference in warmth in our house is major!

I've had the rug buddy in my lounge for a couple of weeks now. Ordering and delivery was straightforward. I use it in the evening, it takes about 15 minutes for the heat to come through, but the room is much more comfortable, cold draughts gone, just all over warm without turning up the central heating.

200% oh wow. I have wood floors & high ceilings & open plan living with a very long hall connecting all rooms with no radiators. Due to energy price hikes in winter, our family stood no chance. I bought rugbuddy to cover the entirety of one large room ( took 2 RB's) & not only is it better than advertised, better than expected & so professional with attention to detail. This is proper old school integrity, quality & value. Quick, easy & efficient. Any questions you have am happy to answer. It heats immediately, so toasty warm, underlay available & recommended with order. I even bought a footbuddy for under a desk so now studying is going to be a delightful dream. Our family dog ( large lab) who curls up on sofa with an electric blanket will provide us with more space on sofa as he will stay on the floor now. I have covered our entire home apart from kitchen & bathroom. We are in a heatwave but instead of being anxious of bills now I am confident we will stay warm.

Really happy with the product, I’ve put one in the conservatory and it makes such a difference to have warm feet, the after service is also great as I changed my initial rug for a bigger one and there was no problem exchanging it , we have also purchased another one for the living room , and a combination of the rug buddy and smart plug makes a big difference 👍.

Purchased for using in my caravan. The low wattage a real plus, as was running from an invertor whilst off grid. Ideal overnight and far happier and safer than a gas fire on. Which was only other method of heating in van.

Very happy with my RugBuddy purchase. Moved into a new house with open plan ground floor and open stairs - lovely in the summer, freezing cold in winter and very hard to heat! The RubBuddy has made it possible for me to work from home without spending fortune on additional heating or shivering in multiple layers! It keeps my feet and legs warm while I work, and takes the edge off the cold more generally without overheating the room. It doesn't exactly heat the room - hence four rather than five stars...

Following a back injury, I was forced to spend much of my time on the floor. The RugBuddy transformed this cold experience by providing warmth where I needed it, assisting my recovery. Now, I simply enjoy having warm feet and sitting in greater comfort. It is one of the very best investments in my health and my sense of well-being that I have ever made. It is a truly wonderful product.

It does what it says - heats my wife's feet and keeps her happy.

I am delighted with RugBuddy. It transformed my child's playroom into a warm cozy place. Ground floor gets really cold in winter in our new house and just having heating on in the room does not help much. My child likes playing on the carpet in the playroom a lot and I was searching for solutions to make floor warmer. I am so pleased I found RugBuddy, and pleased that they offered a size large enough to cover entire centre area of the room under the carpet. We love sitting on the floor/carpet now as it feels so pleasantly warm even on a really cold day, and we use playroom a lot more often now than we used to. We all love RugBuddy and would highly recommend it!

Was a little sceptical, but really surprised what a difference the RugBuddy has made to our conservatory, our conservatory is now several degrees warmer on the cold winter days. Glad I went ahead with the purchase.
