Google pay needs refinement.
It was incredibly difficult to get google pay to accept my current card. I really wanted the ticket so I stuck around for the 15 minutes of uncertainty that it took to get my card avcepted.

Too many forced options to add profit…
Too many forced options to gain more money out of one buy, a simple ticket. Instead you should ask ONE question if I would like to have some additional options or not, and if "yes" then you can guide me to the options.

Too expensive
Too expensive. I was buying tickets for a charity event and Biletto took more than 6.5% of my payment.
Also endless (slightly devious) onsells - which I had to opt out of.

Horrible and out of touch registration…
Horrible and out of touch registration when buying tickets for a family. Asking for every family members address etc. Especially asking for a 6-year old's address and phone number.

Scummy platform eager for your money
It's a scummy platform that will use whatever underhand trick it can to make you spend more than you should. It automatically adds items you don't ask for to your bill. It's ambiguous about how you'll get your tickets and then offers a payed option at a ridiculous rate. Frankly, those options could just as well have been included in the already-too-large transaction fee they claim. At least then you could argue for why that fee should exist to begin with.

Too much add on choices with a price…
Too much add on choices with a price tag. Too much information required in the Checkout . The Google search address lookup field fails. Its is just annoying when you only want to pay.

Worked very good
Worked very good. Being foreigners we can not have Swish on our phones so most of the time digital payment in Sweden is difficult for us. Not this time. Thank you.

Where did it say I would be charged £1.80 for texting the tickets to me?

I can’t find my tickets in my Apple…
I can’t find my tickets in my Apple wallet, despite saving them several times. I have had to resort to taking a photograph of my email receipt….

Venue was 6,5 km from the original.
So, I had a ticket for the “Moment” this Thursday, and the venue was moved without Billetto sending me an e-mail/message. A friend called me and told me it was now in another location 6,5 km from the original location. Billetto should have send me an e-mail and offered to refund.

Oh Dear!! Not straightforward at all
I found it difficult to pay. Got through on the third attempt.
Saved a password but wouldn’t accept it. Overall, I found it very difficult.
So sorry!

Fine, but scummy dark patterns in the UI
The actual process for buying tickets is simple enough, but then at the end they try to upsell you for extra services which honestly should have been baked in to the (already included) processing fee.
Two of these three upsells are also enabled by default, and it’s not immediately obvious that they cost extra money.
Charging 15 SEK to have them send an SMS with a link to the tickets you’ve already received by mail is wild.
The option to add a cancellation insurance is fine, but shouldn’t be selected by default.
Another 15 SEK to send a reminder SMS also feels wildly out of place.

Good but a few major annoyances
No 1 annoyance is that there’s no indication on a listing to show you’ve already got a ticket. For large series events, that’s a huge nuisance. I have to click on ‘my tickets’ and see if the event is in there. However, if the series of events has mostly the same title (eg A Long Line Of Text Followed By Part 1/2/3 etc) and the same image, it’s a lot of unnecessary effort to determine whether you’ve already booked a ticket. A ticket icon overlaid on the image would do it. It’s easy to miss episodes in a series if you think you’ve already got a ticket. But also, Billetto will let me go right through and pay for a ticket without ever flagging up a warning message that I already have a ticket. If that’s a deliberate ploy to grab extra money, it’s shameful.
2. Event title text is so big, the title gets truncated so you can’t see if it end in Part 1, Part 2 or This Event: This Sub-topic etc. Obviously, this is related to my point No 1 and visibility of full information. Either make the text small enough or enforce a character limit and make organisers aware of how much will or won’t be visible in the listings.
3. Please stop putting Photography under ‘hobbies and special interests’, ie treating it like a kids craft or trainspotting. When equipment costs several £thousands, it’s a lot more than a trivial ‘hobby’. It is a hugely wide ranging subject and deserves its own category with subcategories such as ‘Social’ (this means weddings, portraits, babies, *not* social media!); architecture; landscape; commercial; wildlife; nature; art; still life; flowers & gardens.
4. In the phone app, the blue colour is too dark for tiny V buttons to show up against the black, making you hunt for how to get back to the previous or Home Screen. This should be much more obvious.

It was fairly straightforward to book, but miffed about the extra charges
It was fairly straightforward to book, but not made clear that the extras like getting your ticket by SMS and getting a reminder carried extra charges. Otherwise I wouldn't have chosen them! I'm sure it must have said somewhere that they carried a charge, but it wasn't obvious. I'll scrutinise the details more thoroughly next time.
