Great service and quick delivery times as always! I've bought from BPC quite a bit over the last year or so and I've had zero complaints. Always friendly to deal with over the phone and staff seem very knowledgeable. I will definitely be continuing to order through BPC Tech in the future! 🙂

Customer service was great - they got back to me within a day. However, I didn't feel supported when I notified them that my PCIE GPU latch had fallen off during transport where they simply just said leave the GPU inside the PCIE slot and it will work.

The parcel is packaged well, got all my items fine.

Items arrived quickly. Worked as advertised. No complaints. Process was painless. Would happily order from BPC again.

The PC was built and delivered well. I ordered without the Windows licence and it wasn't made clear that it would be delivered without a boot drive or drivers. I had a Wifi-mobo, which after installing Windows on my own, couldn't connect to Wifi without additional drivers as well. Inexperienced buyers may not know how to get the PC set-up but otherwise is a solid build.

Great product at great price. The prebuilt pc has my ideal combination of parts, and the final price is even cheaper than me building by myself.

Their customer support team is very responsive and resolved my concerns about shippings within 1 day by email.

However, there is NO instructions found attached with the prebuilt pc, so it costed me a bit unexpected effort and a bit worry in figuring out what to do before I can launch my pc successfully (since the main purpose of buying prebuilt is to avoid such confusion and efforts)

But overall experience is great, hence I give it a 4 star.

My 9 year old son's Christmas was made. He had been running an old PC for a few years, and this one allowing us to play a whole bunch of new games together has brought a lot of happiness. Lead times was very reasonable considering how busy this season is with postage etc. It came before Christmas and gave me time to set it up to be ready to go from the moment he got it. Thanks BPC.
