Brewdog advent calendar never arrived and an invalid tracking number given and its now nearly halfway through December. Very disappointing.
I tried to contact support through email and their contact form to hopefully get resolved bit get no response except an auto-generated one saying they are busy. Now a bit worried I can’t even get a refund as it seems they are uncontactable.

I had complicated issue around company shares attached to an old email address it wasn't an easy fix - the email chain ran to 20 emails! But Kate who did support was a star along the way and the problem was eventually solved in time for Christmas, a Christmas miracle you might say!

I had to contact customer services after a gift I purchased had been tampered with. Although I was disappointed Brewdog did there best to compensate me. I was very grateful for the response I got. Good customer service.

Made a £70 pound order on the 1st December. Estimated delivery within 4-5 business days but there was a note to say that they were quite busy.
Small part of my order was delivered on the 9th (£15 worth), the rest has been sat at the DHL delivery since the 12th. I have raised tickets with both BrewDog and DHL plus also rung DHL but haven't heard anything.
I understand that this may be a problem with DHL but BrewDog chose them and also took nearly 7-8 days to ship my order. Wondering whether I'll ever get it or a refund. What annoys me is that the only emails I get my BrewDog are trying to get me to buy for Christmas. I would avoid if you want your goods before the new year.

Really disappointed and I feel like this review is sort of last resort for help.
I’ve emailed twice regarding my order and had no response other than an automated one saying they are busy. Whilst I completely appreciate that it’s a busy time of year, having no phone lines and only one method of contact means you can’t really leave customers without an answer for over 7 days.
Placed an order on the 30th of November, received an email on the 5th to say it was on its way. No update on tracking for 11 days and says still with sender. Emailed twice and no response. Christmas gift that likely now won’t arrive, Please can someone let me know what’s happening?

Of course, their product is excellent (I have tried many different NA's). The last shipment I received had some damaged cans-probably in transit. The Brewdog people were so kind and replaced the damaged product and more for my trouble. Amber was so kind and efficient in her communication

Made an order on their website on 30th November.
They confirmed it a week later and sent me tracking details.
According to the tracking details, the order is still 'with the sender'.
Raised a customer service query - never received a reply.
No other way of contacting them - no phone number. Have had no further contact from them since the original confirmation.
Raised a cancel & refund request. Doubt I will get a response this side of Xmas - they must be overwhelmed and not competent to resolve the situation, or they are simply taking money for orders they have no intention of fulfilling.
Atrocious company, taking orders & money for Xmas which they are not capable of fulfilling.

A real shame, i would have put 0 star if possible !
I placed an order early december. I have never been delivered because the goods were apparently damaged during transport (not the first time with DPD France, not a surprise they are rubbish)
The order was more than 110€ for Christmas presents. I wrote 5 emails with the proofs to the customer service and got no answer since 10 days now.
What about the refund ? Or even getting the goods I ordered ?

Pathetic customer service. Avoid at all costs. Only half of my order delivered with no explanation or contact. Raised the problem and not even an acknowledgment. Even James Watts doesn't care. Give me what I ordered or refund me. Its not difficult! Have been an Equity Punk for years but they dont care

However after reaching out on social media, Kate picked up my request really quickly and resolved it ASAP.
She gave me two options and actioned my decision the very next day in a friendly way. Thanks so much Kate

I placed an order for an advent calendar on 29th November which stated 3-4 day delivery.
It’s now 11 days since I placed my order- and the tracking number I was sent still doesn’t work. I have emailed customer service multiple times - but with no response.
I’d like to give Brewdog the opportunity to resolve the issue but they seem uncontactable.
I really didn’t expect this kind of service from such a well known brand. Very disappointed.
