HI
My last visit to your new aquisition Langlands garden centre was on the whole pretty good
My dislikes are you are to discontinue the sandwiches and cakes which are very popular in the walters snack bar and some of the main dishes in the main restaurant are not now offered
I have heard you are to start having to order from a board instead of going to the desk and looking at the food on offer
This sounds to me very like Macdonalds next door and I dont think it will bode well with your Langlands customers who have been loyal for years
Also why have you stopped the points system on my old Langlands card we used to mount them up until near Christmas and then cash them in
Otherwise so far nothing has changed a great deal but I hope it does not become like my local Whiteleys centre which is now a mere shadow of ots former self
Looks like big buisness is taking these family owned garden centres slowly but surely

Lovely morning at the garden centre got all we needed for a very reasonable price and best of all went to have a coffee then fancied a bacon sandwich but unfortunately we were to late the breakfasts had finished but the lovely chef said he would do one for us how great was that

It has revived a good but depleting existing company but gladly has kept its hard working and loyal staff except the original cook
This center was renowned for it quiches but sadly the new cook isn’t providing the same good quality but the cafe staff are so good and hard working like they always were

Always a great selection of plants, prices are ok, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Perfect for bus passengers, as the bus stop is right outside.

The quality of the product is really good.
It took a little bit of time to assemble but it was enjoyable, as we are really happy with our acquisition.

Great product of good quality.
But beware delivery which is on pallet 3 large heavy boxes circa 9 foot high shrink wrapped. Not manageable for elderly, those with mobility issues or individual households. This is ridiculous for a domestic delivery.
Went to chapel garden centre to buy washed gravel it’s said on price 3 for £10 and we wanted 6 bags so when we got to check out the lady said it was 6 bags for 30 pound we told her the big label said 3 bags for 10 pound so she went to check and said wrong label had been put on.but still left this label on 3 for £10 so had to pay £30 for six.

Incredible garden centre with friendly and helpful staff. The food is incredible, and always well prepared. Clean and great selection in the restaurant and shop, also a small but well set out children’s soft play which is always clean and the kids enjoy.

Wolseley garden centre Rugeley was scruffy and disorganized all the attention seemed to be focused on the dining area although the last time I ate there the glass topped tables were in need of a deep clean.
It used to be well managed friendly and a pleasant place to visit.

We found the cafe relaxing, the staff really helpful and pleasant.
The gardening products we were looking for were easy to locate and at a good price.
The plant sale prices were also good value and healthy having clearly been looked after.

Miserable unhelpful staff. Staff avoiding customers.

Just been to the restaurant for afternoon tea, although the food was nice I was quite disappointed about having to pay full price for our cappuccinos as expected to pay for upgrades as it only came with filter coffees but not full price for them.last time we had afternoon tea here we were allowed to have cappuccinos in with the price and free top ups.so instead of the £59 it should have cost it ended up being £74

I frequently visit your restaurant in Braintree which is excellent but wish that you would change your menus as am getting fed up with the same things. I appreciate that this is not easy.

Went to Kingston Sussex. The tables were sticky( I cleaned them myself with sanitiser) the windows were filthy you could hardly see out of some, and one member of staff smelt so badly it permeated throughout the restaurant.
Couldn’t find a manager to point these criticisms out.

I found exactly what I needed and the delivery time was exceptional

Prompt service, delivered to our daughter in law who was made up with the gift voucher, will recommend.
As an aside, I don't want to be bothered with signing on with this or that nor codes and so on, etc, I just want to leave a review. This spoilt an otherwise good experience.
