I am highly disappointed, I have been trying for a week to get my refund for a ticket that I purchased insurance for. Your app wasn't working and i followed your instructions and emailed you instead. Yesterday an agent got in touch with me and asked for any and details, which I provided and then they never got back to me. I NEED THAT REFUND BACK ASAP

Greyhound bus trip from Pretoria to Gqeberha
The aircon/ heater were alternated wellwith the hop on and offs, kept temperature normal for most of the ride. I appreciated this because I have sinuses. However, there are cockroaches on the bus,which means it is not well kept. Where my son and I sat there was a big hole instead of a charging port,so we were unable to enjoy our downloads to keep battery life for the 18hour trip.The drivers were rude,I went out once to ask when was the next stop so I could purchase food but received a very cold and rude response. As if I were to know when is the next stop. The seats were comfy for the most part but could not even sleep,as just when you're about to fall asleep,the speed and bumping on road wakes you up. This was unpleasant and got little to no sleep because of my anxiety. Would not recommend at all.
