Would not recommend! We had booked return ticketed from Dublin airport to Belfast airport on the 10th of June for 5:30am. We were only notified last minute (4:45am) when we had arrived at Dublin airport that it was cancelled (email from a 3rd party which went into spam). This cause us to have to make alternative arrangements. Due to the last minute cancellation we then had to get a taxi back to Dublin City centre (50€) and the drive to Belfast and pay an additional (130€) for parking on top of fuel (€100). Not to mention the additional stress of it all. I have requested a full refund as the cancelation was on their part, however even after emailing numerous times I am still waiting for an actual response and my full refund!

And that's private information, and it did not choose to say medical purposes for a reason.

I paid for an InterCity bus and got an old, smelly and cold bus. The trip was supposed to be for 10pm but it was an hour late which ended up dropping us outside park station because it's just rented by InterCity. Such a terrible experience and will not be using their services and don't recommend them

The bus arrived on time, no problem finding the bus stop, everybody from the staff at the ticketshop to the bus driver were very helpful and nice. The AC was working perfectly and the bus has a decent amount of legroom.
