I ordered a Biorb fishtank online late on a Thursday night, this was for a birthday present on the Saturday! I phoned Cascade first thing on the Friday and it was no trouble for them to parcel up tank immediately and arrange courier for guaranteed next day delivery. As promised it arrived at 11am in the Saturday and was greatly appreciated by my 4 year old birthday boy!!!!! Also not only was tank far cheaper than on most sites but also came with a free heater!!!!

Bought several koi from cascade this year and cannot praise the staff enough , they offer a wide range of fish at affordable prices and fish welfare is very important to them !! What more could you ask for ?

I've been looking for the Biorb Life tank as a present for my partner - CascadeBitz we're able to offer it for a lot less money than I could find it anywhere else, both on the high street and online. I was also extremely pleased to receive a free heater, and qualified for free delivery.

Fast, efficient service - I also emailed and spoke to someone prior to purchase,the support and advice I received was extremely helpful.

Fabulous service transformer and my pump had gone in my bio orb system. Couldn't source either or a new light locally. Found them on cascadebitz website in 2 mins . Excellent prices and all delivered in 48 hours . Happy Fish

The product was of a good reputable quality and the price was a competitive one.
The write up of the product was helpful so that we had an idea of its capability. Once purchased it was delivered quickly.
The only downside was that there was no communication as to when the product had been dispatched so that we knew when to expect delivery.

Ordering was really easy and delivery was quick, I will use CascadeBitz again
