First item arrived faulty, probably damaged in post, replacement unit dispached immediately with no argument

I heard about cascade from a friend to get cloverleaf as I've had blanket weed problems and couldn't be happier the service was excellent and the product also solved the problem it was a bit worrying after several days the water was still cloudy but soon did what it said on the tin !!!! I ordered two UV lamps for a pool clarifier. They came next day and were pushed through the letter box. Fortunately the strong plastic tube packaging stopped them from breaking -

My husband wanted a UV lamp for his fishpond and we have used CascadeBitz before. Their costs were very reasonable and if you ever need anything for your pond I would get you to check out their website before looking elsewhere.

Answered all my questions on phone before ordering on line. Requested a specific date for delivery and arrived early morning on the correct day. We are very pleased.
