Got a coupon for a link adapter but want 50 euros to ship it home. So more than it costs to buy it! Regret my purchase of a Castle regulator.

castle has been great for me until now....bought a bad product....then got treated like i was an idiot....after several emails back and forth and some phone calls (yes other reviews are correct) if you do ever get an answer its way after it should have been or you were informed it would come. This situation is so bad its the worst customer service i have ever seen from any company in my 50 plus years. i actually pulled all of there products from anything i own. all stickers removed so on.... I cant in good faith advertise for a company. With customer service that is in the 1% bracket. I let this go on for about 30 days. empty promises and bull is all you will get if you have a problem I highly caution anyone BUYER BEWARE if the product you purchase is good....Great for you...... But, if it isn't I suggest a hammer a concrete floor and that product in the middle. that's where you will be at the end of it all anyways. Please take the time to read back through reviews they were great until about 2018.(FB) since that point about 1 in 5 (estimated) are mostly dealing with bad products being warrantied or other customer service type issues. I am a 14 year old boy, and I saved up my money walking the neighbours dog so I could buy this esc to race my RC car with my friend. After less then 10 hours of use the ESC basically quit on me. First the on/off switch went and the ESC would not respond. So I called Castle Creations and they told me that the switch was no more good. They also said it was a matter of WHEN not IF it goes bad. So there is a guarantee that switch will go sometime. They told me to cut off the switch and solder the two wires together. Therefore the car turns on when you plug the battery in and not when you move the switch. (this makes it very hard to calibrate the ESC) After I soldered the two wires together the ESC seemed to be working again. I was able go through one battery cycle before the ESC started stuttering. It would stutter and then act normal again. I was able to drive it for a little bit like this but it would keep stuttering and stopping on me. Then the next time I tried to use it the started turning on and off on me. And it did this almost every 10 seconds. So because the ESC was clearly no more good. I bought a Traxxas ESC and it works perfect. Zero issues and problems. The servo response time is also much quicker with the Traxxas ESC over the Castle one. After this I called Castle Creations and they told me I have to send the ESC to them to look at, and then if they found it was defective they would give me my money back or send me a new one. They also said I would have to pay for shipping both ways.(the like $30 bucks one way) Don't waste you money on a Castle ESC, rather spend your money on a Traxxas ESC and enjoy your RC.

I use their Talon 90s on most of my helis and their delivery speed from USA is good.
