I started ordering computer parts from CCL over 25 years ago, they have always been competitively priced and very efficient at delivering parts. I am very happy this has not changed and the recent parts ordered, pretty much a new PC were tested and promptly delivered, with everything working. The frequent updates on building and testing the motherboard/CPU combo was appreciated , would not hesitate to recommend CCL.

I recently picked up a new motherboard, RAM, and a case from CCL, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish.

The hardware itself is excellent value for money—exactly what I needed for a solid build without breaking the bank. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I realized I wouldn't be home for the weekday delivery, and CCL moved my shipping to a Saturday with no questions asked and zero hassle. It’s rare to find a retailer that is actually flexible with logistics these days.

Highly recommended for both the parts and the peace of mind!

I ordered a keyboard but had a question about the delivery beforehand. I called the shop and a gentleman called Daniel answered my question, regarding the use of courier, which encouraged me to buy the item (Royal Mail, which is very good in my area).
It was dispatched at the speed of light and I am extremely happy with my purchase and service received. I had already bought hardware from this company in the past and they never disappoint.

Very Speedy service, good price

I ordered a pc system, keyboard and monitor on the 6th Feb 2026 and I only received the keyboard. I chased it up with CCL customer service who informed me they would send the rest of my order on the following Monday. The pc system arrived on the Wednesday with no monitor. I called and emailed CCL customer service who assured me they’d update me on when the monitors will be sent. It’s the 18th Feb now and they have not got back to me so I do not have the monitor I ordered.
I work full time and had to take a day off to wait for a delivery that never came. The whole experience has been a nightmare an I genuinely wish that I had ordered from somewhere else.

I ordered a new GPU from CCL (cheapest 5090s in the UK that I could find) after reading other reviews and checking out their discord. Having not used them before I ordered using a credit card, just in case it went amiss.

The GPU arrived after 2 working days and was as described. I’m very happy with the purchase and will use these guys again.

As on my previous dealings in 2003 Dan was very helpful, and patient, in sorting out my requirements.
Delivery was as quoted.

It's always a good service at CCL but things didn't quite go to plan. I asked for next day delivery but DPD didn't collect my Order on time, when they should have. I was refunded for the shipping costs without a problem. The order arrived within 48hrs so I can't complain too much. Sometimes things don't go to plan, it won't stop me shopping here for my computer parts.

Delivered quickly. Delivered with a reliable courier. Courier followed my instructions. I was keep informed of the process end to end. The goods arrived as expected. This was my first purchase from CCL, and I would buy from CCL again. I would also recommend buying from them. Satisfied with my experience (I don’t usually leave reviews).

Quickly delivered and in good condition despite the b-grade rating

Ordered a GPU in 2021 and ordered a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU last month. Both products arrived on time in excellent condition.
