I'm new to ChemiCloud and hit a problem with Node.js not spawning on a subdomain, so I opened a ticket. They fixed the Passenger configuration, AND generated a complete backup, so I had a safety net, AND initiated a fresh remigration of my cPanel account! More than expected, thanks!

The ChemiCloud support team quickly identified the root cause by analyzing the server logs and explained everything in detail. They implemented a server-side mitigation, provided clear recommendations for configuring Cloudflare, and guided me toward the right solution.
