Got a Sjambok from them months ago seen a fault with it got in touch with them and they sent me a replacement straight away got it the next day can't get better service than that

Best website I've bought anything from, fast delivery too. Cold Steel makes the coolest stuff, only thing is since the US company was sold away, stock levels have been a bit low, so if you want something that's available I'd suggest you grab it.
