Unlike other Water companies that caused nothing but trouble over the years, Alastair was the first to thoroughly investigate everything on my behalf. He efficiently gathered all necessary details from me, coordinated with Scottish Water, and led us to a successful resolution. We cannot recommend Commercial Water Solutions enough. We had endured a very long saga of frustration and dissatisfaction with our previous water supplier who also made it very difficult for us to terminate our contract with them. When we first contacted Commercial Water Solutions we spoke to Alistair who helped us make the switch over. Thereafter our experience was like night and day, no call centres and hours spent navigating menus and waiting in queues only to speak to a different call handler on each occasion - none of whom seemed to be able to understand or be able to help, as is the case all too often nowadays. Each time we needed to contact Commercial Water Solutions there was no waiting and we spoke with Alistair who was friendly and professional and genuinely interested in helping to resolve our situation - to the point where he went beyond the call of duty to rectify things for us. The level of service we received was second to none and sadly very rare to find these days. We would not hesitate to recommend this company which is a breath of fresh air in a corrupt world.

I reached out to all of the water suppliers, some still haven't got back to me, others were AI responses, those that did reply with actual people were weeks and weeks after I'd contacted them. We have been working with CWS for nearly four years now. We first contacted them along with other suppliers when we realised that the property that we had bought to use as a furnished holiday let needed to transfer from a domestic to a business water supply.
Alastair was one of the few suppliers who bothered to respond to our initial enquiry and he was subsequently very helpful in guiding us through the process of getting on stream, even though we must be one of his smallest customers. Since then we have always received clear and timely communications from CWS regarding our water usage and any adjustments required to our monthly payments to account for the metered water usage variations.

What a refreshing change to have an organised and professional person to communicate with. Scottish Water tried to bill me for a non-existent commercial supply. A nuisance to say the least.
Alastair at CWS reviewed the evidence and resolved the matter with minimal time wasted. Very refreshing to have a well qualified and straightforward person to deal with in an industry dominated by obtuse computer systems and unqualified call centre staff who are unable to help through no fault of their own!

He has always been very professional and timeous in his dealings and made a complicated process sound so easy. Alastair Ross, I would highly recommend to help you with any enquiries and problems you have with your Water & Waste bills. We have been customers of Commercial Water Solutions for many years and throughout, sometimes not being the easiest of situations when properties change between residential and business. The friendly team of employees work tirelessly to ensure the best rates and catch the account before other companies, who make you think you have no option but to sign up with them, jump in first when the assessors change the status of the property which I think is a disgrace, taking away business from companies like Commercial Water Solutions.
