Very happy with the bed, mattress and side table I bought. Delivery was very easy, both the guys didn't great job of getting the furniture in with care.

Ryan & Chris took great care moving the big pantry cupboard through the house and into the kitchen. They did a brilliant job and were really considerate . Thanks lads!

We ordered 4 items and have been impressed with the speed of delivery. There was a hiccup on our delivery day due to driver illness but it was delivered promptly the following day.

Ryan & Chris who delivered our order went above and beyond for us. They were both friendly, polite and professional. Even when I wanted things moving an inch or so, they were happy to oblige. They really do demonstrate the Cotswold Company’s exceptional service.

Everyone we spoke to during the problems with the initial delivery date were extremely apologetic and very helpful.

I highly recommend the Cotswold Company and will have no hesitation in ordering from them again. The quality of the goods and their customer service is outstanding.

I received my first delivery of furniture yesterday and was very pleased with the quality of the items. They were delivered by Morgan and Jacob who were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, courteous and a great advert for the company. A great company to do business with.

Excellent furniture delivery service. The delivery team - Gary and Jake were friendly, professional and careful with everything. They arrived on time, handled the furniture with care and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

The console table, rug and throws I bought are super and excellent quality. From ordering to delivery the whole process was seemless. Very impressed.

Ross and Gavin were great. We had ordered a 10 set chest of drawers, and whilst it looked like it would be a tight squeeze the guys gave it a go, unboxed it and tried to get it up the stairs to no avail. Really appreciate their efforts! They then suggested a 5 drawer or 7 drawer would be more suitable.

Unfortunately it wasnt Ross and Gavin who visited for the second delivery of the 5 drawer, as the two who did drop this unit off had one look at the stairs and made no effort to even try to bring this up or remove the packaging. I had to call a friend round and it took us 30 seconds to move up the stairs.

Ryan and Chris were very efficient and friendly. I was having a damaged larder unit replaced and although I was very disappointed that it had initially arrived in a damaged state, Cotswold were very helpful and efficient in replacing it. The men had to take the damaged one away and put the new one in and they did it very well. On the whole very impressed with the Cotswold company. The quality of the furniture and the calibre of staff, including the delivery people, is exceptional.

From the first point of contact with the Cotswold Company they proved to be a professional and efficient Customer friendly company. Our initial point of contact was Chay Ager, who proved to be very friendly and helpful in arranging a repair to a unit of furniture with the Emmiera Group. An appointment with Emmiera was quickly arranged and on the allotted day the Emmiera technician arrived within the pre-arranged timeslot and completed a very professional, quallty repair. I would certainly recommend the Cotswold Company as an excellent supplier of quality furniture.

After having a delivery pair who looked at the door apetures and said they could not deliver what a breath of fresh air to meet,Gary and Jake who were courteous and friendly took the utmost care and made sure we were completely satisfied 5 stars

Chris and Ryan were very sweet and lifted the box inside for me and even gave us Cotswolds fudge, thank you both ☺️
