I received a bonsai in very poor condition

I received a bonsai in very poor condition that clearly did not match the photos or description. The difference is obvious and documented with pictures and has nothing to do with the season or transport stress.
I contacted the seller, but they refused to acknowledge the issue or take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper solution, they insisted on a return of a damaged live plant, which is unreasonable.
Very disappointing experience. Lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and no willingness to resolve a clear problem. I would not recommend this seller.

As a difference with the bonsai I bought from Germany that was much better packed with a way up arrow sign on the box, blocked in the bottom of the box and arrived completely unharmed. Their plants are a little more expensive, though, with crespi you find much better prices...
