Great customer service and communication from Cyclo-ssage. I would highly recommend their product. The treatment bed is highly beneficial and covers a wide variety of medical conditions. I use mine daily and could not do without it.

I damaged a plug on the bed and contacted Cyclo-ssage for spare parts
They were very helpful talked me through how to fit the new plug and sent it straight out to me

After trying this at Burham Horse trials while working at show it was time to invest in me.
Chronic hip and back pain with related shoulder and neck pain, added in with arthritis in ankle.
Sean explained how it could help and it delivered in every way.
I use my bed morning before I start work and every evening.
After using for just one week I am sleeping pain free, walking and able to bend to the floor. I even spent a weekend walking in London and was pain free. I can't begin to explain the change this has given me. I have my life back.

Went to the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh on Saturday 21/6/25. Came across Ged and Glynn of Cyclo-ssage, they showed us the therapy system and we had a 15 minute trial. We then went to have a look around the show. I have had severe back and leg pain for years and couldn't believe the relief I had, after two hours we went back to Ged and Glynn and decided to purchase one. The unit arrived the following Friday and we set it up. After a few messages and conversations Ged said he would come up from Wales (to Carlisle) to see us on the following Thursday. Ged and Glynn duly arrived, pointed out a couple of things we had missed and supplied us with a massage bed/stand (FOC) for the therapy unit. Absolutely excellent customer service. We will have to wait and see what the long term benefits of the therapy system are but do have faith in Ged and Glynn.

At The Royal Welsh show, I had an equine fall have spinal injuries and Neurological problems, tried it for 10 minutes and I was almost asleep most relaxed I have felt since accident
I still use it regularly when I am aching or cant sleep cyclosage on earbuds in and go to sleep

I’m 26 years old and I had a car accident in September 2020 and have been suffering with my back everyday since, coming home from work barely able to move as I was in so much pain. We hired the machine for 2 months to see if it had any real effects and I am so happy to say that I am no longer in pain everyday! I have been using the machine 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes a time (sometimes 30 if I want to go on 2 different programmes one after the other). It has improved my quality of life and for that I’m grateful. We decided to purchase the machine and I will continue to use it every day as the effects are not a cure but they are definitely a life saver! My mum does not use it every day but when she has had a stressful day at work and is not feeling good she uses the machine and always says she feels better having been on it. My dad uses it every day too and he feels improvement in his body/back. Thank you for making this machine!

Hurt my back playing golf .l hired a cyclo-massage bed .Use it for 15 minutes twice a day for a month.Now I've returned to the golf course and playing again thanks to the cyclo-massage bed.

I have suffered for several years with my back pain and spasms to the point I could end up in the middle of the night in the lounge in floods of tears and nothing would touch the pain. Whilst at the Stoneleigh Motorhome show this year for whatever reason my back had started the usual spasms like someone sticking a knife in my back and twisting it. We had seen cyclo-ssage at all the shows we go to over years and this time I decided to go on it. I told my husband if my pain goes after going on this I will buy one. That afternoon the pain did gradually come back but not as bad and the following morning it had gone. Consequently we bought one. Lot of money but I have found it worth every penny. I do 2 sessions every day and never miss and can't believe how much better I feel and any slight twinges I will do an extra session.

I have had a cyclo-ssage bed for about 9 years and I use it every day religiously because it is the best thing to ease the secondary symptoms of my MS. It is so relaxing and helps with sore muscles and spasming limbs. I couldn't recommend this more, it seemed expensive before I own one, and using it twice a day every day for 9 years, it has paid for itself over and over again. Please try one, you won't be disappointed.

We bought a cyclossage bed and after 3 years I can safely say it is the best money I have ever spent. I have a number of old neck and back injuries and this has seriously helped my mobility and aches. Highly recommend to anyone considering. 10/10

In 2018 I was diagnosed with bilateral multi lumbar level hernaiated discs, the effects of which were incredibly painful and debilitating, while trying to still live something of a normal life I visited Westpoint arena in Exeter for the Christmas fayre, having only been there a short while I was really struggling and contemplating leaving when we passed the Cyclo-ssage display, unusually it was quiet so we decided to give them a try!
Wow! For the first time in 7 months I could stand up straight and felt such relief I was able to remain at the show and continue shopping for a while. Needless to say having found such relief I subsequently purchased one. I can honestly say it has saved my life, I was able to reduce the cocktail of medication I was taking and survived until surgery in July 2019, how I would have got to that date without it I do not know.
Surgery was 3.5 hours, with numerous stitches and spectacular bruising but was definitely worth it. As soon as I was able to bear lying on my back I was using my cyclo-ssage massage bed, both my physio and my surgeon were amazed how quickly the bruising cleared and how well I recovered(I had 15 weeks of no bending lifting or twisting!) I am still very careful not to overdo things and still use my cyclo-ssage especially after gardening or a busy few days with the grandchildren.
In fact all my family use it, my daughter has horses and my son in law and husband are keen cyclists we are also self building and Annexe stables and workshop(all green oak) so pulled muscles etc are common place, they all love it and feel the benefits of it too.

I have suffered a lower back issue for 30 years and over the years have seen an Osteopath 3 - 4 times a year. If the back goes I am poleaxed until I get their hands on my back etc. But over the years I have sussed out when a potential issue is heading my way and get to an Osteo and pre empt the issue. I was at Goodwood 5 or more years ago and came across Cyclo-Ssage and I saw the potential, despite the high price, and impulse bought one. I have never looked back ( pun ) and if I have the premonition I get immediately onto the bed and its worked as if I had been to an Osteo and I have not had a major issue ever since. I/We use it several times a week for general and varied massages and are very happy with that impulse buy.

Cyclo-ssage has completely changed my life. I have fibromyalgia and use the bed twice a day and it helps relieve chronic pain and has been life changing.
As a result my mobility has improved.
My husband suffers with back problems and he uses it before going to work and it helps him throughout the day.
I would definitely recommend the cyclo-ssage bed , I was sceptical at first but wouldn’t want to be without it.

I bought my Cyclo-ssage system about five years ago after trying it out at the ideal home exhibition in London.
At that time i was struggling with fibromyalgia to the point where i had to use a wheelchair because if the extreme fatigue and pain.
After a half hour session at the show, I was able to walk around the place with my husband for two hours before needing my chair again.
I am still using it daily and still feeling the benefits of it. It has changed my life. I don't have to put up with the pain, insomnia, restless limbs.. etc pre covid I was able to go out whenever i wanted and was able to drive again and do my own shopping!
On top of all this, the quality is superb. The system is made from high grade materials and even after five years use shows no signs of 'wear and tear'. I am able to leave it up constantly so i can use it at any time with no damage.
I have also used it on holiday. It packs away into two carry bags (without the table) and will fit into the boot of the car. It can be put onto any flat surface (hotel beds work).
It isn't what would be considered cheap, but it is certainly very fairly priced. Definitely good value and i thoroughly recommend Cyclo-ssage for Fibromyalgia, insomnia, restless limbs and also my husband's back problems.

We purchased our Cyclo-ssage bed approximately eighteen months ago and are more than satisfied not only with the bed but with the after sales service!
My wife has sciatica and I have osteo-arthritis and we are both well beyond retirement age, we use the bed daily and find we achieve significant relaxation resulting in the easing of our discomfort, its not unusual to doze off when using the bed!
We recently needed to have an item replaced, and this was supplied immediately by return post!

I feel mugged by a sales expert! Did the usual wandering around a trade show and was collared by a "come and try this..." offer. So me and my partner lay and vibrated for fifteen minutes and stood up literally tingling. The salesman then set to task and eventually sold us both a bed for three thousand pounds plus, each! Yes I still can't believe it myself.
So, any good..?
Well it does tingle and it may possibly improve your circulation or whatever but I literally forced myself to use this for months, mainly to justify the crazy price and I can categorically say that I felt no difference whatsoever. Furthermore I strained my back badly last Christmas and so gave myself extra 'vibes' and sadly it seemed to inflame my sore back even more thus aggravating the problem. My partner sold hers for a fraction of the price on ebay and I'm still trying to convince myself not to do the same but we never talk about it. Save thousands and buy one second hand off ebay if you harbour a vibrating curiosity
