Not to be trusted
This company cancelled my subscription but continued to STEAL a monthly subscription for almost 2 years. Got resolved involved. Discoveryus think it’s appropriate to refund me £3.99 of the 2 years worth of £3.99’s they have stolen from me.
This company are nothing but criminals.
Be careful with ALL TV subscriptions, they make it difficult to cancel without going through hoops.
If D+ cancelled my subscription should they not automatically cancel payment.
Been robbed by these criminals

Awful coverage of the French Open. they List the game when you click on the link it says Service Unavailable This video is temorarily unavailble

I pay for the Discovery Plus with my CC. The service is substandard so I want to cancel my subscription. Can I do this?

When you are watching a tennis match at roland garros on discovery plus sports. The commentators promote the on demand function but then tell you the scores of other matches that are being played or have played.
There is no point in watching a match if you know who is winning or has won. No point in using the ondemand. The commentators are there for the general public who pay a fee to watch discovery plus DO NOT want to know scores of other matches while you are watching a match!

I think that the coverage by Discovery Plus of the Australian Open Tennis Championship is excellent because not only is there a choice of live matches but that also all the matches are available in full on replay. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there is often no commentary. This must be a technical fault which should have been dealt with.
The coverage is excellent compared to the hopeless and inadequate coverage by Sky/Now! of the US Tennis Open when there was no choice of live matches and only one or two matches were available on catch up. That TV company has also the contract for the WTA and APT tours - they inadequately covered the Brisbane tour match before the Australian Open -Only one match available on catchup more than 24 hours after it was played.. Amazon Prime were the best for tennis so it is sad that they have withdrawn from tennis coverage

Unfortunately I'm forced to purchase this rubbish app when l want to stream GS tournaments.
It won't connect, very bad quality, and now l can't even connect into my account being abroad.
I can't watch my tennis, very disappointed, absolutely a scam!!

Australian Open ‘24 coverage is abysmal. Actual footage frequently does not match up with the listed title, presumably because whoever cut up the footage into chunks never bothered to check that the matches went ahead according to their ‘estimated’ start times. Some footage starts half way through the match and has the end chopped off. It can take several hours, even days for matches to become available for view, sometimes not at all. The way Discovery + has laid the selection out is hard to decipher & super tedious to scroll through, a jumble of very approximately chronological listings from left (oldest) to right (newest). Actual footage, when you get there, is fine, along with commentary. But it’s a haphazard, hit & miss experience. Not at all impressed, especially for a paid service (it’s better to watch highlights for free on YouTube) & especially since the great coverage by Amazon Prime in last years.

Awful Awful coverage ...watching Rublev vs De Minaur suddenly says event ended and no longer showing as a live event ..give the rights back to Amazon ..Shame on you Discovery ------- Fail!!!

Absolutely woeful app. Dysfunctional, slow, unresponsive and generally awful.

I'm watching the Australian Open on Discovery plus and am somewhat amazed that looking thru' the list of "ended" matches that have the players names showing I can't find Cameron Norrie anywhere ? Seem v odd ?
In the list of "ended" items there are lots of untitled sessions - are Norrie's games in one of these & to find them I have to go thru them all ? If so that's rubbish !
The coverage seems slightly better than last year but still very poor by comparison to the wonderful coverage Amazon provided of tennis tournaments generally.

The coverage of Australian Open is abysmal. I watched Jack Draper match at 2-2. Left Tv on as had a visitor but when I got back to tv the match had finished and I could not re watch it! Many other issues with the coverage but haven’t got all day! Please put it back on Amazon Prime!

Absolutely awful coverage of the australian open tennis replays. I am going to cancel. Please put it back on amazon prime. What a complete con. Where is the first round Rublev match I can't stay awake till 4am

Once again this year I stupidly bought a subscription to watch the Australian/New Zealand Ladies tennis and once again its a waste of money. I had hoped this year they might have changed the schedule. Alas, it seems not. No replays of matches that I can't watch because of the time difference, no live matches, and little to no information on match times. Once again I found more match highlights on my PC for FREE! Can someone from Discovery please explain how it works? Either your showing the matches or your not? Stop ripping us off. So angry with it.

Watching football on the app on iPad or iPhone is useless. Constant buffering and stops. This does not happen with any other TV app ever and did not happen with BT Sport. I’ll give it a few weeks to see if they can update this woeful app and if not then I’ll cancel my BT TV subscription.

Honestly the worst thing they did was create this app, the technology behind it makes it seem like a college student or uni student made it in there spare time, the only reason we have it is for our favourite 90 day shows, a lot of the time it will log out on the tv so you have to go on the app on your phone and spend half an hour trying to log back in, also a lot of the time the episodes don’t load mostly if they’re new ones (which is my problem today but it’s loading on the app on the phone but if we go on the app on the tv it won’t load blaming the internet connection but the internet is working perfectly, the other problem is the amount of adverts I get adverts are needed but there’s to many per episode isit ridiculous like 10 per episode it’s crazy and you can’t skip past them or anything and the adverts are getting longer and longer they used to be like 20-30s now are just under 2 minutes and when you have a bunch of them it gets frustrating, the final problem is that sometimes it loses track of how much you have watched and puts you back at the start and then when you fast forward to where you originally where it will play an add just to take you back to the start.

Signed up line many others to watch the Australian Open. What a joke! Where are the replays from todays Ladies SFs or any others. The Murray match ended half way through. I think we all deserve a refund!!!!

Avoid If you want to watch Eurosport tennis coverage,
I subscribe to Amazon Prime as I enjoy the tennis and support GB, especially Andy Murray. My only option to view the AO was Eurosport via Discovery+. Paid my £6.99 and after watching Andy’s R2 match (or some of it) immediately unsubscribed. (Shame that it was not a 7 day free trial, but I am sure they know that if they offered that option definitely no one would continue.)
So the stream ended mid match but to make matters worse, that and the R3 match had no commentary. What was that all about?
Never again!
