My door arrived well within the 3-week delivery period & is really good-quality. Instructions were clear; except for one important thing.

I had not realised that the sealing process would be impossible to do for one person as it has to be turned to allow for sealing/painting on all sides on each occasion. I could not have done this on my own: fortunately my fitters agreed to return to seal it on 4 consecutive nights before fitting! Maybe you could make that point clear with the details of the door?

Good all-round experience, visited the showroom and staff were very helpful. Ordered online everything was simple and straightforward.

Purchased the Derwent bi-folding doors and they were delivered on time in good condition. It is important to check this before delivery driver leaves as a signature is required.
Unfortunately I did not notice until I started to install the doors that the top frame had only been machined at one end.
Fortunately I live close enough to be able to take the frame back and Lee and the guys in the workshop were particularly helpful in machining for me while I waited.This would have been a major issue if I wasn't local.
I had a couple of other smaller issues with the track and hinges whereby again, the workshop staff were excellent in assisting me but this would have been a problem again if I were not local.
The doors are of good quality and look great however the PDF installation instructions and the video could be better as not always clear and a couple of actions are not in the correct order.
None of the frame, doors or track are pre-drilled which would be extremely helpful and also the wood has to be treated with a finish that requires a minimum of 4 coats before installation adding additional unexpected cost.
Although unusual, I would recommend reading the PDF installation instructions before purchase, even if you are having installed professionally, as there is more info which is important to be aware of. My installation was delayed by several days due to this and had I have engaged an installer, would of been costly and inconvenient.
I also purchased the trackless kit advertised with the doors at point of sale only to discover from the instruction PDF during installation that this is not recommended and invalidates some parts of the warranty due to additional wear and tear on the hinges. I did get a refund for the kit but was disappointed that I was offered something unsuitable without any warnings.
Overall, the doors are great and the customer service is good but do your research first to save getting caught out later.
